【摘要】:直接以堿溶性毛竹半纖維素為穩(wěn)定劑、葡萄糖為還原劑,在水介質(zhì)中綠色合成銀納米粒子,討論了合成條件對(duì)銀納米粒子的形成和儲(chǔ)存穩(wěn)定性的影響,表征了銀納米粒子-半纖維素復(fù)合物經(jīng)熱處理后獲得的Ag-C復(fù)合物的物理化學(xué)特性,并討論了銀納米粒子的可能形成機(jī)理。在恒定其他反應(yīng)條件下,延長(zhǎng)反應(yīng)時(shí)間會(huì)有更多銀納米粒子生成,但過(guò)度延長(zhǎng)反應(yīng)時(shí)間會(huì)使銀納米粒子發(fā)生團(tuán)聚而生成大顆粒的粒子;高的葡萄糖濃度、反應(yīng)溫度和初始半纖維素用量會(huì)加快銀納米粒子的生成。銀納米粒子的平均粒徑和粒徑分布范圍均隨半纖維素用量的增大而減小,而銀納米粒子在4℃的儲(chǔ)存穩(wěn)定性隨半纖維素用量的增大而增強(qiáng)。銀納米粒子-半纖維素復(fù)合物在空氣氣氛中300℃熱處理1h后獲得的Ag-C復(fù)合物中同時(shí)存在金屬態(tài)的銀和氧化態(tài)的銀。半纖維素中呈電負(fù)性的大量自由羥基和少量羧基可能對(duì)銀納米粒子的形成起至關(guān)重要的作用。
[Abstract]:Silver nanoparticles were synthesized directly in aqueous medium with alkali-soluble bamboo hemicellulose as stabilizer and glucose as reducing agent. The effects of synthesis conditions on the formation and storage stability of silver nanoparticles were discussed. The physicochemical properties of silver nanoparticles and hemicellulose composites after heat treatment were characterized, and the possible formation mechanism of silver nanoparticles was discussed. The longer the reaction time is, the more silver nanoparticles are formed, but the longer the reaction time is, the more agglomerated the silver nanoparticles are, and the larger the glucose concentration is. The reaction temperature and initial hemicellulose content can accelerate the formation of silver nanoparticles, and the average particle size and particle size distribution range of silver nanoparticles decrease with the increase of hemicellulose content.
