一種用于電子煙煙彈的多孔導(dǎo)電復(fù)合材料

【摘要】:采用注射成型工藝和微粒浸出技術(shù)成功制備了碳纖維填充低密度聚乙烯(PE-LD/CF)多孔復(fù)合材料,其具有自限溫性能且不含金屬成分,用作電子煙煙彈可以有效消除傳統(tǒng)電子煙線圈浸出的重金屬離子和丙二醇受熱氧化產(chǎn)生的有毒羥基化合物的危害。研究結(jié)果表明,PE-LD/CF多孔復(fù)合材料僅僅是CF和PE-LD的簡單混合物,其主要孔隙直徑約為1~2μm,有效孔隙率為23.79%。PE-LD/CF多孔復(fù)合材料具有明顯正溫度系數(shù)(PTC)效應(yīng)且PTC強度約為1.82,其自發(fā)熱最高溫度為68.4℃,且其加載尼古丁后自發(fā)熱最高溫度(43.5℃)遠低于丙二醇溶液沸點(132℃),理論上可以消除傳統(tǒng)電子煙產(chǎn)生的羥基化合物的危害,其尼古丁釋放濃度能在較長時間內(nèi)保持穩(wěn)定且釋放量約為1.6μg/m L。結(jié)果表明,這種多孔復(fù)合材料可以取代傳統(tǒng)電子煙煙彈。
[Abstract]:Carbon fiber filled low density polyethylene (LDPE) / PE-LD- / CFC porous composites were successfully prepared by injection molding and particle leaching technology. The toxic hydroxyl compounds produced by thermal oxidation of propylene glycol and heavy metal ions leached by conventional electronic smoke coil can be effectively eliminated by using electronic smoke bomb. The results show that the porous composite of PE-LDR / CF is only a simple mixture of CF and PE-LD.
