微波輔助加熱法制備ZIF-8工藝研究

【摘要】:以六水合硝酸鋅和2-甲基咪唑為原料,以二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)為溶劑,以丙酮為純化試劑,通過微波輔助加熱法合成沸石咪唑酯骨架材料-8(ZIF-8),并采用XRD、BET和SEM對制得產(chǎn)物的結(jié)構(gòu)與性能進行表征分析。研究結(jié)果表明,微波輔助加熱法制備ZIF-8晶體的最佳工藝條件:當六水合硝酸鋅和2-甲基咪唑的摩爾配合比為1∶4、反應(yīng)時間為50min、反應(yīng)溫度為130℃時,可制得形貌為六棱柱、結(jié)晶度較高、比表面積較大的ZIF-8晶體,產(chǎn)率達到43.76%,比表面積達到1878.48m2/g。
[Abstract]:Zinc nitrate hexahydrate and 2-methyl imidazole were used as raw materials, dimethylformamide (DMF) as solvent and acetone as purification reagent. Zeolite imidazolyl ester framework material -8ZIF-8N was synthesized by microwave-assisted heating. The structure and properties of the product were characterized and analyzed by XRD-BET and SEM. When the molar ratio of zinc nitrate hexahydrate and 2-methylimidazole is 1: 4, the reaction time is 50 min and the reaction temperature is 130 鈩,
