淺議北京大學(xué)量子材料科學(xué)中心國(guó)際評(píng)估

【摘要】:北京大學(xué)量子材料科學(xué)中心成立于2010年,在2015年9月接受并順利通過(guò)國(guó)際評(píng)議專家的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)考察評(píng)估。本文簡(jiǎn)介北京大學(xué)于2013年啟動(dòng)的學(xué)科國(guó)際同行評(píng)議體制,并總結(jié)量子材料科學(xué)中心在第一個(gè)五年的發(fā)展和成績(jī),介紹針對(duì)國(guó)際同行評(píng)議相關(guān)工作的經(jīng)驗(yàn),對(duì)其他同類型研究機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行學(xué)科評(píng)估具有一定的借鑒意義。根據(jù)國(guó)際評(píng)議專家組反饋的意見及針對(duì)性建議,我們對(duì)量子材料科學(xué)中心在下一階段發(fā)展的針對(duì)性計(jì)劃進(jìn)行思考和討論。本文分析可見,開展學(xué)科國(guó)際評(píng)估對(duì)建設(shè)世界一流大學(xué)具有積極的促進(jìn)作用,能幫助學(xué)科明確其所處國(guó)際定位。這種反饋機(jī)制為學(xué)科的短期和未來(lái)長(zhǎng)期發(fā)展規(guī)劃的制定提供重要依據(jù),使高校各學(xué)科實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)的良性發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The Center for Quantum Materials Science of Peking University was established on 2010 and was accepted and evaluated by international experts on September 2015. This paper introduces the international peer review system of disciplines launched by Peking University on 2013. Summarizing the development and achievements of the Center for Quantum Materials Science in the first five years, and introducing the experience of the international peer review related work, It has certain reference significance for other research institutions of the same type to carry on the discipline evaluation. According to the feedback of the international evaluation expert group and the pertinence suggestion, We are thinking about and discussing the targeted plans of the Center for Quantum Materials Science in the next stage of its development. The analysis of this paper shows that the development of an international evaluation of disciplines has a positive impact on the construction of world-class universities. This feedback mechanism provides an important basis for the formulation of the short-term and long-term development plans of the disciplines and enables the sustainable and benign development of the various disciplines in colleges and universities.
