電紡制備稀土摻雜氯氧化鑭納米纖維及其熒光性能研究

【摘要】:以稀土化合物(LaCl3)及稀土氧化物為原料,聚乙烯醇(PVA)為模板,配制一定濃度的LnCl3/LaCl3/PVA (Ln=Eu、Tb. Sm、Ce)紡絲溶液,在適當(dāng)?shù)募徑z工藝及環(huán)境參數(shù)條件下,通過(guò)靜電紡絲設(shè)備制備LnCl3/LaCl3/PVA復(fù)合納米纖維,并將復(fù)合納米纖維利用高溫?zé)崽幚淼玫较⊥翐诫s氯氧化鑭熒光納米纖維。討論紡絲條件、稀土(RE)離子的摻雜濃度j樣品煅燒溫度等對(duì)納米纖維熒光性能的影響。并希望通過(guò)RE離子的共激發(fā)、基質(zhì)向RE離子的能量傳遞、RE離子之間的敏化作用等,實(shí)現(xiàn)其發(fā)光顏色的可調(diào)性,從而提供一種新型的制備稀土摻雜鹵氧化物熒光納米材料的方法。主要的研究?jī)?nèi)容有如下兩個(gè)部分:(1) LaOCl:Eu3+、LaOCl:Tb3+、LaOCl:Sm3+納米纖維的制備及熒光性能研究:以LaCl3、Eu2O3、氧化鋱、Sm2O3、濃鹽酸為原料,PVA為模板,配制一定濃度的LnCl3/LaCl3/PVA (Ln=Eu、Tb、Sm)紡絲溶液,在電壓為24 kV,固化距離15 cm,推進(jìn)速率0.2 mL/h,環(huán)境溫度25℃的條件下,通過(guò)靜電紡絲設(shè)備制備出LnCl3/LaCl3/PVA復(fù)合納米纖維,并將復(fù)合納米纖維利用高溫?zé)崽幚淼玫絃aOCl:Ln3+熒光納米纖維。纖維直徑分布范圍約為50-300nm,由直徑約為30-50nm的近圓片堆積串聯(lián)而成,表面粗糙。研究表明,當(dāng)稀土離子的摻雜濃度為5%mol、煅燒溫度為750℃時(shí),其熒光性能最好。(2) Eu3+、Ce3+共摻雜氯氧化鑭納米纖維的制備及熒光性能研究:以LaCl3、 Eu2O3、CeCl3、濃鹽酸為原料,PVA為模板,配制一定濃度的EuCl3/CeCl3/LaCl3/PVA紡絲溶液,在電壓為24 kV,固化距離15cm,推進(jìn)速率0.2 mL/h,環(huán)境溫度25℃的條件下,利用靜電紡絲設(shè)備制備出EuCl3/CeCl3/LaCl3/PVA復(fù)合納米纖維,并將復(fù)合納米纖維經(jīng)過(guò)高溫煅燒4h制得LaOCl:Eu3+、Ce3+熒光納米纖維。詳細(xì)研究了不同摻雜濃度比對(duì)納米纖維形貌及熒光性能的影響,研究表明,Eu3+與Ce3+的濃度比為3:1,煅燒溫度為750℃時(shí),產(chǎn)物的熒光性能最好。同時(shí),通過(guò)Eu3+與Ce3+的共激發(fā),實(shí)現(xiàn)了材料的多重顏色的可調(diào)性。
[Abstract]:Using rare earth compound LaCl3) and rare earth oxide as raw materials and polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) as template, LnCl3/LaCl3/PVA composite nanofibers were prepared by electrospinning equipment under proper spinning process and environmental parameters. The rare earth doped lanthanum chloride fluorescent nanofibers were prepared by high temperature heat treatment of composite nanofibers, and the spinning conditions were discussed. The influence of doping concentration j sample calcination temperature on the fluorescence properties of nanofibers is also discussed. It is hoped that the sensitizing effect between RE ions and the energy transfer from the matrix to RE ions can be obtained through the co-excitation of RE ions.
