【摘要】:金是人類最早發(fā)現(xiàn)的元素之一,迷人的黃色金屬色澤和穩(wěn)定的化學(xué)性質(zhì)使其被廣泛的用作貨幣,被當(dāng)作財(cái)富的象征。1990年,納米材料科學(xué)正式誕生,而納米金表現(xiàn)出諸多新的化學(xué)性質(zhì),而這些獨(dú)特性質(zhì)在催化、生物、傳感和醫(yī)藥領(lǐng)域都顯示出巨大的應(yīng)用潛力,這引起了學(xué)家們的廣泛關(guān)注。Brust的兩相合成法使原子精確的金納米團(tuán)簇合成得以迅速發(fā)展。金納米團(tuán)簇的研究在很長(zhǎng)一段時(shí)間里專注于S配體保護(hù)的金納米團(tuán)簇,由于Se和S同屬一個(gè)主族,所以Se與S有著很多的共同點(diǎn),近年Se配體保護(hù)的金納米團(tuán)簇的研究也開始受到關(guān)注。為了拓展用于合成金納米團(tuán)簇的Se配體種類,設(shè)計(jì)合成了用以合成Se配體保護(hù)的金納米團(tuán)簇的三種雙硒配體,并且嘗試了金納米團(tuán)簇的合成。主要內(nèi)容如下:一、用氧化法合成了1,2-二苯基雙硒、1,2-芐基雙硒和1,2-二對(duì)叔丁基苯雙硒三種雙硒配體,通過(guò)質(zhì)譜、核磁共振氫譜和碳譜等表征方法進(jìn)行了表征。成功長(zhǎng)出1,2-二苯基雙硒、1,2-芐基雙硒和1,2-二對(duì)叔丁基苯雙硒的單晶,并且成功解出單晶結(jié)構(gòu),討論了三種配體的單晶結(jié)構(gòu)。二、嘗試?yán)靡诲伔?并且不添加任何表面活性劑,以四氫呋喃為溶劑合成了苯硒酚保護(hù)的超細(xì)金納米團(tuán)簇,再利用二氯甲烷分離粗產(chǎn)品。通過(guò)紫外可見光譜、熱重分析和透射電子顯微鏡等手段對(duì)產(chǎn)物進(jìn)行了表征,光譜數(shù)據(jù)顯示產(chǎn)物就是苯硒酚保護(hù)的超細(xì)金納米團(tuán)簇,合成出的金納米團(tuán)簇可以在空氣中穩(wěn)定存在很長(zhǎng)時(shí)間。
[Abstract]:Gold is one of the first elements discovered by human beings. Its charming yellow color and stable chemical properties make it widely used as money and as a symbol of wealth. In 1990, the science of nanomaterials was officially born. And nanocrystalline gold shows a lot of new chemical properties, and these unique properties have great potential applications in the fields of catalysis, biology, sensing and medicine. This has caused widespread concern among scientists that the two-phase synthesis method of .Brust has led to rapid progress in the synthesis of atomic precise gold nanoclusters, which have been focused on the S ligand-protected gold nanoclusters for a long time. Since se and S belong to the same dominant family, se and S have much in common. In recent years, the study of se ligand-protected gold nanoclusters has been paid more and more attention, in order to expand the type of se ligands used in the synthesis of gold nanoclusters. Three kinds of double selenium ligands for the synthesis of se ligand-protected gold nanoclusters were designed and synthesized, and the synthesis of gold nanoclusters was attempted. The main contents are as follows: 1. Three kinds of diselenium ligands were synthesized by the oxidation method. The ligands of 1 ~ (2 +) -diphenyl-2-benzyl diselenium and 1 ~ (2 +) -di-tert-#china_person0# diselenium were synthesized by mass spectrometry. NMR and carbon spectra were used to characterize the monocrystalline of 1o 2-diphenyl-bisselene-1ta-2-benzyl bisselenium and 1 + 2-di-p-tert-#china_person0# bisselenium, and the single crystal structure of the three ligands was successfully solved, and the single crystal structure of the three ligands was discussed. The ultrafine gold nanoclusters protected by phenylselenol were synthesized with tetrahydrofuran as solvent by one-pot method, and the crude products were separated by dichloromethane. The products were characterized by thermogravimetric analysis and transmission electron microscope. The results showed that the products were ultrafine gold clusters protected by phenylselenol, and the synthesized gold nanoclusters could be stable in air for a long time.
