【摘要】:利用卷對卷熱輥壓工藝連續(xù)、高效和粉末冶金成形技術(shù)精度高的優(yōu)點,提出了一種在聚合物薄膜表面制備微結(jié)構(gòu)粉末的熱輥壓成形工藝方法,構(gòu)建了聚合物薄膜表面微結(jié)構(gòu)粉末熱輥壓成形工藝試驗系統(tǒng)并進行了粉末熱輥壓成形工藝試驗,通過單因素試驗研究了工藝參數(shù)(模具溫度、輥壓速度和輥壓力)對成形質(zhì)量的影響規(guī)律.結(jié)果表明,采用模具溫度130~145℃,輥壓速度0.2~0.8m/min和輥壓力250~500N的粉末熱輥壓成形工藝參數(shù),能夠得到聚合物粉末充型完整的微金字塔陣列結(jié)構(gòu).
[Abstract]:Based on the advantages of continuous roll pressing, high efficiency and high precision of powder metallurgy forming technology, a hot roll pressing process for preparing microstructural powder on the surface of polymer film was proposed. In this paper, a test system for hot roll forming process of polymer film surface microstructure powder was constructed. The process parameters (die temperature) were studied by single factor test, and the hot roll forming process test was carried out on the surface of polymer film. The effect of roll pressing speed and roll pressure on the forming quality is studied. The results show that the powder hot roll forming process parameters, such as die temperature 130 ~ 145 鈩,
