兩種新型負折射材料的設計

【摘要】:自從負折射率材料在理論上突破和實驗上證實以來,這種新型材料就成為人們關注的熱點。人們相繼在微波頻段、太赫茲頻段、紅外頻段、甚至光頻段設計和實現(xiàn)了負的折射率材料。負折射材料是一種人工合成材料,其介電常數(shù)與磁導率在同一頻段同時為負,電磁波在其中傳輸時,E,H,K三者之間關系為左手螺旋關系,因此又稱為左手材料。負折射材料中傳播的電磁波波矢與能流方向相反,從而呈現(xiàn)出了許多異于常規(guī)介質(zhì)的新奇特性。本文設計了兩種新型的負折射材料。通過數(shù)值模擬和S參數(shù)反演法得到的結(jié)果表明,這兩種結(jié)構(gòu)的材料分別具有單頻段和雙頻段的負折射特性。同時數(shù)值研究了這兩種負折射材料結(jié)構(gòu)單元的尺寸參數(shù)對材料的電磁參數(shù)的影響,并進行了優(yōu)化設計。本論文安排如下:第一章介紹了負折射材料基本理論、新奇特性和國內(nèi)外的研究現(xiàn)狀。第二章對經(jīng)典的S參數(shù)反演法和仿真軟件HFSS做了簡單的介紹。第三章設計一種由改造的開口諧振環(huán)和十字交叉線為結(jié)構(gòu)單元的新型負折射率材料。利用仿真軟件HFSS對這種新型材料結(jié)構(gòu)單元進行S參數(shù)提取,并通過S參數(shù)反演法得到材料的宏觀電磁參數(shù),如介電常數(shù)、磁導率、波阻抗和折射率。結(jié)果表明該材料在21GHz到24.5GHz之間具有單頻段的負折射。同時分析了基本單元結(jié)構(gòu)的參數(shù)變化對負折射頻段的影響,根據(jù)分析的結(jié)果,給出了該材料在優(yōu)化參數(shù)下的介電常數(shù)、磁導率以及負折射率分布。第四章利用改造過的“8”字矩形金屬環(huán)分別刻蝕在FR-4介質(zhì)基板的兩側(cè),設計了一種雙頻段負折射材料的結(jié)構(gòu)單元,仿真實驗發(fā)現(xiàn),該結(jié)構(gòu)單元可以在17.3GHZ到17.8GHz之間和20.2GHz到21.2GHz之間實現(xiàn)雙頻段的負折射,同時通過分析結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)變化對該單元結(jié)構(gòu)的電磁參數(shù)的影響,對其進行優(yōu)化設計。第五章總結(jié)全文。
[Abstract]:Since the breakthrough in theory and experimental verification of negative refractive index materials, this new material has become the focus of attention. People have been in the microwave frequency band, terahertz band, infrared frequency band, Even the negative refractive index material is designed and realized in the optical frequency band. The negative refraction material is a synthetic material, whose permittivity and permeability are negative at the same frequency band. Therefore, it is also called left-handed material. The electromagnetic wave vector propagating in negative refraction material is opposite to the direction of energy current. In this paper, two new negative refraction materials are designed. The results obtained by numerical simulation and S-parameter inversion show that, The materials of these two structures have the negative refraction characteristics of single frequency band and double frequency band respectively. The influence of the size parameters of the structural elements of the two negative refraction materials on the electromagnetic parameters of the materials is numerically studied. The thesis is arranged as follows: in chapter 1, the basic theory of negative refraction material is introduced. In chapter 2, the classical S-parameter inversion method and the simulation software HFSS are briefly introduced. In Chapter 3, a new structure unit is designed, which is composed of a modified open resonant ring and a crossover line. Using the simulation software HFSS to extract the S parameters of this new material structure unit, The macroscopic electromagnetic parameters, such as permittivity and permeability, are obtained by S-parameter inversion. The results show that the material has negative refraction in a single frequency band from 21GHz to 24.5GHz. At the same time, the influence of the parameters of the basic unit structure on the negative refraction band is analyzed. The dielectric constant, permeability and negative refractive index distribution of the material under the optimized parameters are given. In Chapter 4th, the modified "8" rectangular metal ring is used to etch on both sides of the FR-4 dielectric substrate, respectively. A kind of negative refraction material structure element in double frequency band is designed. The simulation results show that the structure unit can achieve negative refraction in the range of 17.3 GHz to 17.8 GHz and 20.2GHz to 21.2GHz, respectively. At the same time, by analyzing the influence of the structural parameters on the electromagnetic parameters of the unit structure, the optimization design is carried out.
