【摘要】:研究Si C顆粒尺寸、擠壓和時效時間對粉末冶金法制備的Si C顆粒增強(qiáng)Al-Cu-Mg基復(fù)合材料微觀結(jié)構(gòu)及硬度的影響。研究表明,擠壓對復(fù)合材料的微觀結(jié)構(gòu)和硬度有重要影響,能夠極大促進(jìn)增強(qiáng)體在Al基體中的均勻分布和復(fù)合材料的致密化。擠壓后的復(fù)合材料殘留微孔減少,密度和硬度均得到顯著提高。時效時間和Si C尺寸對復(fù)合材料中析出相的數(shù)量及尺寸有顯著影響。采用較小尺寸的Si C作為增強(qiáng)體時,隨時效時間延長,析出相在基體中均勻析出,沒有明顯長大,在時效12 h內(nèi)沒有出現(xiàn)峰時效。然而,采用較大尺寸的Si C作為增強(qiáng)體時,隨時效時間延長,基體中的析出相不是很均勻,并有部分發(fā)生明顯粗化,在同樣的時效時間范圍內(nèi)出現(xiàn)了峰時效。
[Abstract]:The effects of sic particle size, extrusion time and aging time on the microstructure and hardness of sic particle reinforced Al-Cu-Mg matrix composites prepared by powder metallurgy were studied. The results show that extrusion has an important effect on the microstructure and hardness of composites. It can greatly promote the uniform distribution of reinforcements in Al matrix and the densification of composites. Both density and hardness were significantly increased. Aging time and sic size had significant effects on the number and size of precipitated phases in the composites. When smaller sic was used as reinforcements, the effect time was prolonged at any time. The precipitated phase was precipitated uniformly in the matrix and did not grow up obviously. There was no peak aging within 12 h. However, when the larger size of sic was used as the reinforcement, the effect time was prolonged at any time, and the precipitate phase in the matrix was not uniform. Some of them were coarsened, and the peak aging appeared in the same aging time range.
