俄羅斯研制出耐高溫的超硬復合材料

【摘要】:正莫斯科大學的研究人員研制出一種新型高分子復合材料,該材料相對于同類材料擁有良好的耐熱性,且生產(chǎn)技術及成本具有較好的市場應用性。目前,莫斯科大學合成的該系列材料正在巴拉諾夫中央航空發(fā)動機制造研究所、喀山圖波列夫國家研究技術大學以及其它俄航空工業(yè)機構進行測試。在莫斯科大學研制出該系列耐熱高分子復合材料之前,科學界普遍認為復合材料最高能承受的溫度為250攝氏度。但莫斯科大學研制出的復合材料經(jīng)測試耐受了450攝氏度的高溫,其強度超過了航空鋁及鈦金屬材料。
[Abstract]:Researchers at Moscow University have developed a new type of polymer composite material, which has good heat resistance compared with similar materials, and good market application of production technology and cost. The series of materials synthesized by Moscow University is at the Central Aero-engine Manufacturing Institute in Baranov, The Kazan Tupolev State University of Research and Technology and other Russian aviation industry institutions conducted the tests. Before the Moscow University developed the series of heat-resistant polymer composites, It is widely believed that composites can withstand a maximum temperature of 250 degrees Celsius. But composites developed by Moscow University have been tested to withstand temperatures of 450 degrees Celsius, which is stronger than aeronautical aluminum and titanium materials.
