金屬材料增強(qiáng)的石蠟儲熱性能研究

【摘要】:本文主要通過實驗對比研究鋁翅片和泡沫金屬銅對石蠟的儲熱性能和儲熱密度的綜合影響,分別測試封裝純石蠟、封裝石蠟的同時加裝平行鋁翅片、將石蠟填充到泡沫金屬銅空隙三組散熱器的熱源溫度上升曲線。實驗得出:加裝鋁翅片和填充泡沫金屬銅能使熱源與石蠟的平均溫差分別降低76%和18%,同時使儲熱階段熱源的平均溫度分別降低22.2℃和9.5℃,因此加裝鋁翅片增強(qiáng)石蠟儲熱性能強(qiáng)于填充泡沫金屬銅。加裝鋁翅片和填充泡沫金屬銅導(dǎo)致整體儲熱密度分別減少40.3%和4.2%,從儲熱密度方面考慮泡沫金屬銅明顯優(yōu)于鋁翅片。因此我們需要綜合考慮儲熱性能和儲熱密度的影響選擇最合適的增強(qiáng)石蠟儲熱的方式。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the comprehensive effects of aluminum fin and copper foam on the heat storage performance and heat storage density of paraffin wax were studied, and the package of pure paraffin wax was tested, and the parallel aluminum fin was added to package paraffin wax at the same time. The rising curves of heat source temperature of three groups of radiators filled with paraffin wax were obtained. The results show that the average temperature difference between heat source and paraffin can be reduced by 76% and 18, respectively, and the heat storage can be achieved by adding aluminum fin and filling foamed metal copper, respectively.
