竹纖維增強(qiáng)聚己內(nèi)酯復(fù)合材料熱老化性能研究

【摘要】:以聚己內(nèi)酯(PCL)和竹纖維(BF)為原料,通過(guò)模壓成型工藝制備了PCL/BF復(fù)合材料并研究其熱老化性能。通過(guò)力學(xué)性能分析、紅外光譜分析、流變實(shí)驗(yàn)分析等來(lái)研究BF質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)、熱老化時(shí)間、熱老化溫度對(duì)PCL/BF復(fù)合材料熱老化性能的影響。結(jié)果表明,隨著B(niǎo)F質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)的增加,PCL/BF復(fù)合材料老化后力學(xué)性能的降幅呈先減小后增大的趨勢(shì);儲(chǔ)能模量及損耗模量上升程度隨BF質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)的增加呈現(xiàn)減小的趨勢(shì);隨著熱老化溫度的升高及熱老化時(shí)間的延長(zhǎng),復(fù)合材料的力學(xué)性能均下降;熱氧化作用使得復(fù)合材料內(nèi)部大分子基團(tuán)大量分解,分子排列遭到破壞,PCL分子鏈上的基團(tuán)與水發(fā)生反應(yīng),發(fā)生水解進(jìn)而逐漸斷裂;復(fù)合材料的儲(chǔ)能模量、損耗模量隨著熱老化溫度的升高及熱老化時(shí)間的延長(zhǎng)均呈現(xiàn)上升趨勢(shì)。
[Abstract]:PCL/BF composites were prepared and their thermal aging properties were studied by means of moulding molding with polycaprolactone (PCL) and bamboo fiber (PCL/BF) as raw materials. The mass fraction of BF was studied by means of mechanical property analysis, infrared spectroscopy analysis and rheological experiment analysis. The effect of aging time and temperature on the thermal aging properties of PCL/BF composites was investigated. The results showed that the decrease of mechanical properties of PCL/BF / BF composites decreased first and then increased with the increase of BF mass fraction. The increasing degree of energy storage modulus and loss modulus decreased with the increase of BF mass fraction, and the mechanical properties of composites decreased with the increase of thermal aging temperature and the prolongation of thermal aging time. The thermal oxidation results in the decomposition of macromolecular groups in the composite, the destruction of molecular arrangement and the reaction between the groups in the molecular chain of PCL and water, and the hydrolysis, and then the fracture, the storage modulus of the composite, The loss modulus increases with the increase of thermal aging temperature and the prolongation of thermal aging time.
