環(huán)保型聚脲微膠囊相變材料在棉織物上的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:探討環(huán)保聚脲微膠囊相變材料用于棉織物整理的工藝及調(diào)溫效果。采用浸軋法將自制的微膠囊相變材料整理到棉織物上,研究了浸軋方式、微膠囊用量、黏合劑用量和焙烘溫度對(duì)處理織物增重率、儲(chǔ)熱性能及耐洗性能的影響,并對(duì)整理后織物的表面形貌和調(diào)溫性能進(jìn)行了分析。結(jié)果表明:調(diào)溫棉織物較優(yōu)工藝為采用二浸二軋整理方式,微膠囊用量150g/L,黏合劑用量40g/L,焙烘溫度130℃。認(rèn)為:所制得的調(diào)溫棉織物對(duì)外界溫度變化起到了明顯的緩沖作用,具有良好的調(diào)溫功能。
[Abstract]:This paper discusses the process and temperature regulation effect of environmental friendly polyurea microencapsulated phase change material used in cotton fabric finishing. The self-made microencapsulated phase change material is treated on cotton fabric by dipping and rolling method, and the method of dipping and rolling, the amount of microcapsule is studied.
