KOH添加量對煤基電極材料結(jié)構(gòu)與性能的影響

【摘要】:采用KOH-HNO_3聯(lián)合法對自制煤基電極進(jìn)行改性處理,主要研究了KOH添加量對煤基電極材料結(jié)構(gòu)和吸附性能的影響.采用掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)、傅立葉紅外光譜(FTIR)和N_2吸附法對煤基電極的形貌特征、表面官能團(tuán)及孔徑分布進(jìn)行分析表征.研究表明:隨著KOH添加量的增加,煤基電極材料的碘吸附值逐漸增大,而抗壓強(qiáng)度與收率則逐漸減小,比表面積、總孔容和微孔孔容逐漸增大.當(dāng)KOH添加量為15%(質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù))時,碘吸附值達(dá)810.8mg/g,抗壓強(qiáng)度為4.47 MPa,活化收率為59.5%,比表面積為377 m~2/g,總孔容為0.187cm~3/g,微孔孔容為0.160cm~3/g,微孔率達(dá)到85.56%.微孔和中孔數(shù)量及表面含氧官能團(tuán)的增加,導(dǎo)致形成發(fā)達(dá)的蜂窩狀孔結(jié)構(gòu),有利于電解液進(jìn)入形成雙電層結(jié)構(gòu).電化學(xué)測試表明,KOH添加量越大,煤基電極的擴(kuò)散阻抗越小,比電容越大.以煤基電極為陰陽極,活性炭為粒子電極,采用三維電極體系處理氰化廢水,當(dāng)電壓為4V、時間為5h時,處理后的廢水中離子的去除率均達(dá)到95%以上.
[Abstract]:The self-made coal based electrode modified by KOH-HNO_3 combined method, mainly studied the effect of the amount of KOH on coal based electrode material structure and adsorption properties. Using scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Fu Liye (FTIR) IR morphology and N_2 adsorption on coal based electrode, analysis and characterization of surface functional groups and pore size distribution. The results showed that with the increased amount of KOH, the iodine adsorption of coal based electrode materials increases, while the compressive strength and yield decreased, the specific surface area, total pore volume and Kong Rong gradually increased. When the adding amount is 15% KOH (mass fraction), the iodine adsorption value of 810.8mg/g and the compressive strength is 4.47 MPa, the activation yield is 59.5%, the specific surface area is 377 m~2/g, the total pore volume is 0.187cm~3/g, pore volume of 0.160cm~3/g, 85.56%. increase rate of micro pores and pore number and surface oxygen functional groups, leading to the formation of Honeycomb structure developed, is conducive to the formation of double layer structure into the electrolyte. The electrochemical tests show that the amount of KOH increases, the diffusion impedance of coal based electrode is small, is bigger than the capacitance. The coal based activated carbon electrode as anode and cathode, as particle electrode, using three-dimensional electrode system for treating cyanide wastewater, when the voltage for 4V, time is 5h, the ion treated wastewater the removal rate reached more than 95%.
