熱處理制度對新型建筑鋁基復(fù)合材料力學及耐磨損性能的影響

【摘要】:采用不同熱處理制度對石墨烯增強新型建筑鋁基復(fù)合材料進行了熱處理,并進行了材料力學性能及耐磨損性能的測試與分析。結(jié)果表明:與常規(guī)熱處理相比,機械振動輔助熱處理材料的抗拉強度、屈服強度和斷后伸長率分別增大6%、9%、11%,磨損體積減小22%;40Hz超聲振動輔助熱處理材料的抗拉強度、屈服強度和斷后伸長率分別增大23%、34%、91%,磨損體積減小53%;20Hz超聲振動輔助熱處理材料的抗拉強度、屈服強度和斷后伸長率分別增大9%、14%、32%,磨損體積減小32%;60Hz超聲振動輔助熱處理材料的抗拉強度、屈服強度和斷后伸長率分別增大18%、26%、54%,磨損體積減小39%。熱處理制度優(yōu)選為40Hz超聲振動輔助熱處理。
[Abstract]:The graphene reinforced new building aluminum matrix composites were heat-treated with different heat treatment systems, and the mechanical properties and wear resistance of the materials were tested and analyzed. The results showed that compared with the conventional heat treatment, the mechanical properties and wear resistance of the composites were tested and analyzed. The tensile strength, yield strength and elongation after break of mechanical vibration assisted heat treatment materials are increased by 6% and 9%, respectively, and the wear volume is reduced by 22 ~ 40 Hz ultrasonic vibration assisted heat treatment materials. The yield strength and the elongation after breaking are increased by 23%, respectively, and the wear volume is reduced by 53 Hz and 20 Hz ultrasonic vibration assisted heat treatment material's tensile strength. The yield strength and the elongation after breaking are increased by 9%, respectively, and the wear volume is reduced by 32 Hz and 60 Hz ultrasonic vibration assisted heat treatment material's tensile strength. The yield strength and the elongation after breaking are increased by 18%, respectively, and the wear volume is reduced by 39%. The optimum heat treatment system is 40Hz ultrasonic vibration assisted heat treatment.
