角蛋白膜材料的制備及改性研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】:角蛋白是一類存在于毛發(fā)、指甲、羽毛中的可生物降解的可再生資源。本文介紹了澆鑄成膜、熱壓成膜、靜電紡絲3種常見(jiàn)的角蛋白成膜方法,對(duì)比分析了各種方法的特點(diǎn)和優(yōu)勢(shì)。針對(duì)單一角蛋白膜材料性能較差的不足,詳細(xì)綜述了通過(guò)增塑改性、化學(xué)改性以及與其他天然/合成高分子共混改性等對(duì)角蛋白膜材料的改性研究進(jìn)展,指出角蛋白良好的成膜性和反應(yīng)活性,使得角蛋白及其改性膜材料具有廣闊的應(yīng)用前景。最后提出今后的研究方向?yàn)榻堑鞍椎母咝崛 ⒔堑鞍壮赡C(jī)理的研究以及膜材料的高性能化研究。
[Abstract]:Keratin is a kind of biodegradable renewable resource in hair, nail and feather. This paper introduces three common methods of forming keratin film: casting film, hot pressing film forming and electrospinning. The characteristics and advantages of various methods were compared and analyzed. In view of the poor performance of single keratin film, the modification of single keratin film by plasticizing was reviewed in detail. Chemical modification and blending modification with other natural / synthetic polymers have been studied on keratin membrane materials. It is pointed out that keratin has good film-forming property and reactive activity. It makes keratin and its modified membrane material have a broad application prospect. Finally, the future research direction is the high efficiency extraction of keratin, the study of the mechanism of keratin film formation and the study of high performance of membrane material.
