正交試驗(yàn)法優(yōu)化SiC增強(qiáng)鋁基復(fù)合材料的制備工藝

【摘要】:采用攪拌鑄造法,以SiC顆粒為增強(qiáng)相,制備鋁基復(fù)合材料。以所得試樣的密度和磨損率為目標(biāo)函數(shù),以攪拌溫度(A)、攪拌速度(B)、攪拌時間(C)為變量進(jìn)行正交優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)。結(jié)果表明,攪拌因素對復(fù)合材料密度的影響順序?yàn)?BCA;對磨損率的影響順序?yàn)?BAC。制備SiC增強(qiáng)鋁基復(fù)合材料的最佳工藝參數(shù)為:攪拌溫度780℃,攪拌速度300 r/min,攪拌時間40 min。
[Abstract]:Aluminum matrix composites were prepared by agitation casting with SiC particles as reinforcement phase. The density and wear rate of the obtained samples were taken as objective functions, and the orthogonal optimization design was carried out with the variables of stirring temperature, stirring speed and stirring time.
