介孔二氧化錫納米材料的臭氧氣敏性能

【摘要】:以葡萄糖縮合的碳球為模板,由Sn Cl4水熱反應(yīng)制備介孔結(jié)構(gòu)的二氧化錫納米材料,通過X射線衍射、掃描電子顯微鏡和透射電鏡等表征介孔材料的結(jié)構(gòu)和形貌,發(fā)現(xiàn)制備的二氧化錫為四方晶系金紅石結(jié)構(gòu),晶粒尺寸13.8 nm.以二氧化錫為敏感材料制作氣敏元件,并測試了氣敏元件在100℃~420℃溫度范圍內(nèi)的氣敏性能.結(jié)果表明在200℃時,介孔結(jié)構(gòu)的二氧化錫氣敏元件對體積分數(shù)為1×10-4的臭氧的靈敏度為2 089,最低檢測濃度低于3×10-6(S=28),氣敏響應(yīng)時間16 s,恢復(fù)時間40 s.在此條件下,該氣敏元件具有靈敏度高、檢測濃度低、響應(yīng)恢復(fù)快等優(yōu)點,具有商業(yè)應(yīng)用價值.
[Abstract]:The mesoporous tin dioxide nanomaterials were prepared by hydrothermal reaction of Sn Cl4 with glucose condensed carbon spheres. The structure and morphology of mesoporous materials were characterized by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy. It is found that the prepared tin dioxide is a tetragonal rutile structure with a grain size of 13.8 nm. The gas sensing element is fabricated with tin dioxide as a sensitive material, and the gas sensing properties of the gas sensor are measured in the temperature range of 100 鈩,
