鉀離子對(duì)丁腈橡膠在含砂介質(zhì)中摩擦磨損行為的影響

【摘要】:利用自行設(shè)計(jì)的往復(fù)式磨損試驗(yàn)機(jī)研究丁腈橡膠在含砂KCl溶液和蒸餾水2種介質(zhì)中的摩擦磨損行為,并利用場(chǎng)發(fā)射掃描電鏡對(duì)橡膠磨痕的表面形貌及元素含量進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果表明:在2種介質(zhì)中,隨著載荷的增加,丁腈橡膠的摩擦因數(shù)降低而磨損量增加,但在含砂的KCl溶液介質(zhì)中摩擦因數(shù)和磨損量的變化程度均高于在含砂蒸餾水介質(zhì)中。丁腈橡膠在含砂KCl溶液的磨損機(jī)制為腐蝕磨損以及磨;瑒(dòng)侵蝕,在含砂蒸餾水中的磨損機(jī)制為濕磨粒磨損。K+使得丁腈橡膠表層及亞表層分子鏈更容易斷裂,進(jìn)而生成了分子量和分散性都低的產(chǎn)物和小分子單體,以及新的支聯(lián)網(wǎng)狀結(jié)構(gòu)。
[Abstract]:The friction and wear behavior of nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR) in KCl solution containing sand and distilled water was studied by using a reciprocating wear tester designed by ourselves. The surface morphology and element content of rubber wear mark were analyzed by field emission scanning electron microscope. The results showed that the friction coefficient of NBR decreased and the wear amount increased with the increase of load in two kinds of media. However, the variation of friction coefficient and wear amount in KCl solution containing sand is higher than that in distilled water medium containing sand. The wear mechanism of NBR in KCl solution containing sand is corrosion wear and sliding erosion of abrasive particles. The wear mechanism in distilled water containing sand is wet abrasive wear. K makes the molecular chains of nitrile butadiene rubber surface and subsurface layer easier to break, thus producing products and small molecular monomers with low molecular weight and dispersity, as well as new branched reticular structures.
