立方相白榴石的合成與穩(wěn)定

【摘要】:采用固相法合成了室溫下穩(wěn)定的立方相白榴石。探討了Cs_2O的添加量、熱處理溫度及保溫時間對立方相白榴石的形成及穩(wěn)定的影響,用掃描電子顯微鏡分析了合成的白榴石粉體的顯微形貌,熱膨脹儀測定了立方相白榴石粉體的熱膨脹系數(shù)。研究表明:按照白榴石的化學計量比,通過適當添加CsNO_3和熱處理,當部分K_2O被Cs_2O取代后,可以獲得室溫下穩(wěn)定的立方相白榴石。該立方相白榴石在30~700℃范圍內(nèi)的平均熱膨脹系數(shù)約為17.3×10~(-6)/℃,明顯低于常溫下穩(wěn)定的四方相白榴石的熱膨脹系數(shù)。
[Abstract]:The cubic phase garnet stabilized at room temperature was synthesized by solid state method. The effects of Cs_2O addition, heat treatment temperature and holding time on the formation and stability of square phase garnet were discussed. The morphology of the synthesized garnet powder was analyzed by scanning electron microscope, and the thermal expansion coefficient of the cubic garnet powder was measured by thermal expansion instrument. The results show that according to the stoichiometric ratio of garnet, proper addition of CsNO_3 and heat treatment are carried out. When partial K _ 2O is replaced by Cs_2O, a stable cubic garnet can be obtained at room temperature.
