【摘要】：我國(guó)目前生產(chǎn)和消耗量最大的有色金屬粉末之一有氧化銅粉等,而活性氧化銅粉由于自身的快速酸溶、雜質(zhì)低、品質(zhì)高、比表面積大、粒度細(xì)等特點(diǎn),在電鍍行業(yè)的優(yōu)勢(shì)超過(guò)普通氧化銅粉,尤其在電子材料和噴鍍材料上更具有普通氧化銅粉無(wú)可替代的作用,因在電鍍行業(yè)的應(yīng)用又叫電子級(jí)氧化銅粉。我國(guó)各類(lèi)氧化銅粉生產(chǎn)廠家較多,但大型的生產(chǎn)企業(yè)很少且工藝水平落后于其他國(guó)家,產(chǎn)品產(chǎn)量還不能滿足國(guó)內(nèi)市場(chǎng)需求,進(jìn)口產(chǎn)品的比例也占國(guó)內(nèi)較大份額,導(dǎo)致與外資企業(yè)的差距較大。尤其是應(yīng)用廣泛的電子行業(yè)等高端領(lǐng)域,這些活性氧化銅粉的質(zhì)量和產(chǎn)量還遠(yuǎn)達(dá)不到要求。綜上：進(jìn)行活性氧化銅粉相聯(lián)系的工藝研究并按需設(shè)計(jì)一套可行的實(shí)際生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng),對(duì)行業(yè)有較重大的工業(yè)價(jià)值。本論文采用自產(chǎn)的旋流電積銅為原料,經(jīng)碳酸氫鹽和20%的氨水浸出銅、常壓常壓70℃加熱脫氨、高溫焙燒等階段,制得的活性氧化銅粉理化指標(biāo)等都達(dá)到了我國(guó)行業(yè)較高水平。同時(shí)通過(guò)全流程工藝的研究,設(shè)計(jì)出一套基礎(chǔ)工藝方案及配套設(shè)施,為企業(yè)生產(chǎn)設(shè)計(jì)提供基礎(chǔ)。本論文共分為四章：第一章：主要介紹活性氧化銅的性質(zhì)和生產(chǎn)工藝、市場(chǎng)和用途以及國(guó)內(nèi)外研究的現(xiàn)狀,并根據(jù)現(xiàn)狀找出存在的問(wèn)題。第二章：在實(shí)驗(yàn)室基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)比兩種工藝,分別研究了濃度、溫度及攪拌方式等因素對(duì)反應(yīng)的影響,確定了最佳工藝條件,找出了影響活性氧化銅粉品質(zhì)和性能的關(guān)鍵因素。第三章：放大實(shí)驗(yàn)。采用完全工業(yè)化的設(shè)備進(jìn)行試生產(chǎn),對(duì)比工藝條件的差別以及活性氧化銅的品質(zhì)。第四章：根據(jù)試生產(chǎn)結(jié)果,設(shè)計(jì)一套年產(chǎn)1000噸生產(chǎn)線的工藝方案及相關(guān)配套設(shè)施,并進(jìn)行相關(guān)性分析。

There are many kinds of copper oxide powder manufacturers in our country, but the large production enterprises are few and the technological level is lagging behind that of other countries, so the product output can not meet the domestic market demand. The proportion of imported products also accounts for a large share of the domestic market, leading to a big gap with foreign-funded enterprises. Especially in high-end fields such as the widely used electronics industry, The quality and yield of these active copper oxide powders are still far from the requirements.
