納米碳酸鈣的制備及性能研究

【摘要】:納米碳酸鈣有多種形貌,不同形貌的納米碳酸鈣制備工藝不同,應(yīng)用性能也各不一樣。但石灰石原料中的鎂含量,碳化和陳化體系中的Ca2+、CO32-等離子濃度對(duì)納米碳酸鈣的制備及性能有著重要的影響。本文以石灰石中的碳酸鎂、成核促進(jìn)劑和晶型調(diào)節(jié)劑為研究對(duì)象,通過考察體系中碳化反應(yīng)速率、電導(dǎo)率、pH、離子濃度等參數(shù),探究了其對(duì)碳酸鈣成核、生長(zhǎng)、凝并、熟化等過程的影響,從而探究了其對(duì)納米碳酸鈣制備及性能的影響。石灰石中的碳酸鎂在碳化反應(yīng)結(jié)束后主要以Mg2+形式存在液相中,活化后以堿式碳酸鎂微晶顆粒的形式存在于粉體中;胰橹械腗g2+在碳化反應(yīng)前期促進(jìn)碳酸鈣的成核,而在碳化反應(yīng)中期抑制碳酸鈣晶體的生長(zhǎng)。當(dāng)灰乳中鎂含量大于1.17%時(shí),制備的納米碳酸鈣顆粒明顯減小、鏈狀顆粒增多,粉體的比表面積、吸油值、pH值以及飽和吸濕率均明顯增大;當(dāng)鎂含量小于1.17%時(shí),鎂含量對(duì)納米碳酸鈣制備的影響較小。加入成核促進(jìn)劑后,生成的碳酸鈣晶種使得碳酸鈣顆粒平均粒徑增大、粒徑分布變寬;隨著陳化的進(jìn)行,碳酸鈣顆粒規(guī)整性變好,粒徑顯著增加,粒徑分布變窄,至3h時(shí),平均粒徑約為120nm,粒徑分布100-150 nm。加入晶型調(diào)節(jié)劑后,碳酸鈣成核和生長(zhǎng)速率增加,晶體生長(zhǎng)時(shí)間延長(zhǎng),易形成大粒徑、寬分布顆粒,但顆粒間凝并加劇、分散性變差;隨著陳化的進(jìn)行,碳酸鈣顆粒粒徑增大、規(guī)整性變好,陳化3h時(shí)粉體pH值約為8.2。
[Abstract]:Nano-calcium carbonate has many kinds of morphologies. The preparation process of nano-calcium carbonate with different morphology is different, and the application performance is different, but the content of magnesium in limestone raw material is different. The concentration of Ca2 CO32- in carbonation and aging system has an important effect on the preparation and properties of nano-calcium carbonate. In this paper, magnesium carbonate, nucleation accelerator and crystal type regulator in limestone are studied. The effects of carbonation reaction rate, conductivity pH and ion concentration on the nucleation, growth, coagulation and ripening of calcium carbonate were investigated. The effect of magnesium carbonate on the preparation and properties of nano-calcium carbonate was investigated. The magnesium carbonate in limestone was mainly deposited in liquid phase in the form of Mg2 after carbonization. The Mg2 in the gray milk promoted the nucleation of calcium carbonate in the early stage of carbonation, but inhibited the growth of the calcium carbonate crystal in the middle of the carbonization reaction. When the magnesium content in the grey milk was greater than 1.17, The prepared nano-calcium carbonate particles obviously decreased, chain particles increased, the specific surface area, oil absorption value, pH value and saturated moisture absorption rate increased obviously, and when the magnesium content was less than 1.17, The effect of magnesium content on the preparation of nanometer calcium carbonate is small. After adding nucleation accelerator, the average particle size of calcium carbonate particles increases and the particle size distribution becomes wider, and the regularity of calcium carbonate particles becomes better with aging. The particle size increased significantly and the particle size distribution became narrower. At 3 h, the average particle size was about 120 nm, and the particle size distribution was 100-150 nm. After adding crystal type regulator, the nucleation and growth rate of calcium carbonate increased, the crystal growth time was prolonged, and it was easy to form large particle size and wide distribution particle. With the aging, the particle size of calcium carbonate increased and the regularity became better. The pH value of the powder was about 8.2 when aged for 3 h.
