中藥渣復(fù)合材料研究現(xiàn)狀

【摘要】:中藥渣/塑料復(fù)合材料是一種無(wú)毒、可循環(huán)利用的環(huán)境友好型生物質(zhì)復(fù)合材料。中藥渣多屬于植物殘?bào)w,富含纖維素、木質(zhì)素等物質(zhì),將中藥渣中的高抗拉強(qiáng)度和高伸長(zhǎng)率的纖維提取出來(lái)作為增強(qiáng)體,可以制備出性能優(yōu)異的復(fù)合材料。這種新型的塑料制品既節(jié)能環(huán)保、可循環(huán)利用,又提高了中藥渣資源的利用率與經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。分別從如何高效地篩選出纖維增強(qiáng)體、提高中藥渣纖維與塑料基底之間的相容性以及中藥渣/塑料復(fù)合材料實(shí)例等方面,介紹了中藥渣在"復(fù)合材料"這一新領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用,并對(duì)其可行性進(jìn)行了討論與展望。
[Abstract]:The traditional Chinese medicine residue / plastic composite is a kind of non-toxic and recycling environment-friendly biomass composite. The traditional Chinese medicine residue mostly belongs to the plant residue, which is rich in cellulose, lignin and other substances. The fiber with high tensile strength and high elongation from the residue of traditional Chinese medicine can be extracted as reinforcements to produce composite materials with excellent properties. This new type of plastic product is not only energy saving and environmental protection, but also can be recycled. In addition, the utilization ratio and economic benefit of traditional Chinese medicine residue resources are improved. From the aspects of how to screen fiber reinforcements efficiently, how to improve the compatibility between traditional Chinese medicine residue fiber and plastic substrate, and examples of Chinese medicine residue / plastic composite material, etc. The application of Chinese medicine residue in the new field of composite material is introduced, and its feasibility is discussed and prospected.
