【摘要】:蜂窩鋁芯夾層結(jié)構(gòu)具有比強度比模量高、可設(shè)計性強、重量輕等顯著優(yōu)點,已成為航空航天、建筑等領(lǐng)域的主要承力結(jié)構(gòu)。蜂窩鋁芯夾層結(jié)構(gòu)的面外宏觀等效彈性性能和屈曲穩(wěn)定性能在其結(jié)構(gòu)面外承載穩(wěn)定性等方面起著重要作用。本文通過均勻化理論與三維有限元方法相結(jié)合,預(yù)測蜂窩鋁芯夾層結(jié)構(gòu)面外宏觀等效彈性常數(shù),并對其軸向靜力承載時的臨界失穩(wěn)屈曲載荷進行分析。將漸近均勻化理論與三維有限元方法相結(jié)合,推導(dǎo)出了蜂窩鋁芯夾層結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)合材料細觀尺度下的預(yù)測宏觀等效彈性模量計算公式。利用MATLAB語言編寫了均勻化方法的有限元程序,結(jié)合ANSYS APDL參數(shù)化建模,實現(xiàn)了對蜂窩鋁芯復(fù)合材料等效性能的預(yù)測。建立了蜂窩鋁芯不同胞元結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)下的不規(guī)則細觀三維模型,計算了蜂窩鋁芯在不同胞元結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)條件下的等效彈性參數(shù),得到了蜂窩鋁芯胞元參數(shù)對其面外等效彈性參數(shù)的影響規(guī)律。將三維均勻化等效彈性參數(shù)預(yù)測與材料效率分析相結(jié)合,從結(jié)構(gòu)輕量化角度分析蜂窩鋁芯胞元結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)對其材料效率的影響。采用MATLAB語言編寫蜂窩材料效率計算程序,得到了胞元結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)對面外各個等效彈性模量下的材料效率值;诒“迩碚,分析了蜂窩鋁芯夾層結(jié)構(gòu)材料壁板在簡支、彈性支和固支條件下的臨界屈曲載荷。利用ANSYS有限元軟件,建立了蜂窩鋁芯特征胞元有限元模型,驗證了該模型的可靠性,模擬了蜂窩鋁芯面外軸向載荷下的靜力特征屈曲和非線性屈曲失穩(wěn)模態(tài),得到了胞元結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)對蜂窩鋁芯面外靜力載荷作用下的承載能力影響規(guī)律。本文研究為蜂窩鋁芯夾層結(jié)構(gòu)材料設(shè)計及工程應(yīng)用提供理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Aluminum honeycomb core sandwich structure has high specific strength and specific modulus, good design, light weight and other significant advantages, has become the aerospace, construction and other fields. The main load-bearing structure plays an important role in aluminum honeycomb core sandwich structure surface macro equivalent elastic properties and buckling bearing capacity in the structure of plane stability etc. This paper through homogenization theory combined with finite element method, the prediction of aluminum honeycomb core sandwich structure surface macro equivalent elastic constants and the critical buckling load of the axial static analysis. Combining asymptotic homogenization theory and finite element method, a formula is derived to calculate the aluminum honeycomb core sandwich composite meso macro equivalent elastic modulus prediction scale. Using the MATLAB language to write the program of finite element homogenization method, combined with ANSYS APDL parametric modeling, implementation The equivalent properties of aluminum honeycomb core composite material. Prediction for irregular aluminum honeycomb core is not fellow the meso structure parameters of 3D model, equivalent elastic parameters of aluminum honeycomb core in different cellular structure parameters were calculated, and obtains the influence law of aluminum honeycomb core cell parameters on the equivalent plane elastic parameters. Three dimensional homogenization analysis prediction and material efficiency of equivalent elastic parameters of the combination effect of aluminum honeycomb core cell structure parameters on the efficiency of the materials from the angle of lightweight structure. Using MATLAB language cellular material efficiency calculation program, the equivalent elastic modulus across the cellular structure under different parameters the material efficiency value. Based on the theory analysis of the buckling of thin plate, aluminum honeycomb core sandwich structure panel in simply supported, the critical buckling load of elastic support and fixed support conditions. By using the finite element software ANSYS build The characteristics of aluminum honeycomb core cell finite element model, verify the reliability of the model and Simulation of aluminum honeycomb core surface features of static buckling and nonlinear buckling under axial load instability modes, the cellular structure parameters on aluminum honeycomb core surface static load bearing capacity are studied. This paper studies to provide a theoretical basis for the design of aluminum honeycomb sandwich material and engineering application.
