具有梯度結(jié)構(gòu)的三維IPMC的制備及表征

【摘要】:離子聚合物金屬復合材料(ionic polymer metal composite,IPMC)是一種離子型電活性聚合物,具有驅(qū)動電壓低、位移變形量大、反應迅速和質(zhì)量輕等優(yōu)點,作為新型的電致動材料具有廣闊的應用前景。但是現(xiàn)有的IPMC電致動材料存在輸出力小和非水工作時間短的缺點。通過制備厚度上具有梯度變化的三維IPMC來提高IPMC的驅(qū)動性能;采用不易電解揮發(fā)、穩(wěn)定性較好的乙二醇作為IPMC的工作介質(zhì),延長IPMC的非水工作時間。研究結(jié)果表明,在相同幅值的正弦交流電壓下,具有一定梯度結(jié)構(gòu)的IPMC能夠顯著提高其形變位移和輸出力,幅值為3.5V時,形變位移和輸出力較相同質(zhì)量厚度的平面型IPMC分別提升了7.0%和47.9%;用乙二醇置換水作為工作介質(zhì)的平面型IPMC,其非水工作時間得到大幅提升,從150s延長至300s。IPMC電機械輸出性能的提升和非水工作時間的延長對于IPMC在驅(qū)動領(lǐng)域的進一步應用開發(fā)具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:Ionic Polymer Metal Composites (IPC) is an ionic electroactive polymer with low driving voltage. The advantages of large displacement and deformation, rapid reaction and light mass, etc. As a new type of electromotive material, it has a wide application prospect. However, the existing IPMC electromotive material has the disadvantages of low output force and short non-aqueous working time. MC to improve the driving performance of IPMC; Ethylene glycol, which is not easily volatilized by electrolysis and has good stability, is used as the working medium of IPMC to prolong the non-aqueous working time of IPMC. The results show that under the same amplitude of sinusoidal AC voltage. The deformation displacement and output force of IPMC with a certain gradient structure can be significantly increased when the amplitude is 3.5 V. The deformation displacement and output force increased by 7.0% and 47.9, respectively, compared with the plane IPMC with the same mass thickness. The non-aqueous working time of planar IPMCs with ethylene glycol substituted water as working medium has been greatly improved. The extension from 150s to 300s. The improvement of electromechanical output performance and the extension of non-water working time are of great significance for the further application and development of IPMC in the driving field.
