T字形三維機(jī)織物設(shè)計(jì)及其復(fù)合材料沖擊性能分析

【摘要】:以600 tex玻璃長(zhǎng)絲束為經(jīng)紗,2 000 tex玄武巖長(zhǎng)絲束為緯紗,試織了3種不同梁高的T字形三維整體機(jī)織物,并采用VARTM(Vacuum Assistant Resin Transfer Moulding)成型工藝制備成復(fù)合材料。測(cè)試了3種T字形三維整體機(jī)織復(fù)合材料的沖擊性能。結(jié)果表明,梁高為12 mm的材料吸收能量最多,受到的沖擊強(qiáng)度最大;梁高為0 mm的材料吸收能量最少,受到的沖擊強(qiáng)度最小。不同梁高的T字形三維機(jī)織復(fù)合材料的破壞模式也各不相同。
[Abstract]:Using 600 tex glass filament beam as warp yarn and 2 000 tex basalt filament beam as weft, three kinds of T shaped 3D woven fabrics with different beam heights were experimentally woven. VARTM(Vacuum Assistant Resin Transfer Moulding was used. The impact properties of three T-shaped 3D monolithic woven composites were tested. The material with a beam height of 12 mm absorbs the most energy and receives the greatest impact strength. The material with a beam height of 0 mm absorbs the least energy and receives the least impact strength. The failure modes of the T-shaped 3D woven composites with different beam heights are also different.
