【摘要】:新型人工電磁材料是一種人工復(fù)合材料,其電磁特性取決于材料的微結(jié)構(gòu),和它本身的構(gòu)成材料無關(guān)。它擁有著自然界常規(guī)材料所不具有的優(yōu)異物理性質(zhì),對(duì)電磁波有著超強(qiáng)的控制能力。同軸線作為電磁波傳輸中的一種重要媒質(zhì),應(yīng)用在許多重要領(lǐng)域。本文基于散射參數(shù)測(cè)量的參數(shù)提取方法,對(duì)一個(gè)外部隱形衣和同軸線測(cè)試系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了相關(guān)的研究和分析。介紹了新型人工電磁材料、新型人工電磁材料器件的研究背景和發(fā)展歷史,以及新型人工電磁材料的特點(diǎn)和實(shí)現(xiàn)方法,并對(duì)實(shí)現(xiàn)隱形的機(jī)理作了相關(guān)解釋。文章還闡述了同軸線的有關(guān)知識(shí)和傳輸特性。通過對(duì)經(jīng)典的光學(xué)變換理論的解釋,進(jìn)一步來研究以此為理論依據(jù)所制備的一個(gè)外部隱形衣。由于解析的方法很難獲得新型人工電磁材料的電磁表達(dá)式,我們使用了基于散射參數(shù)測(cè)量的參數(shù)提取方法,來對(duì)它進(jìn)行相關(guān)分析。文章利用矢量網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析儀和射極跟隨器對(duì)外部隱形衣測(cè)試電路進(jìn)行了改進(jìn),并通過仿真軟件對(duì)它進(jìn)行研究,比較測(cè)試和仿真結(jié)果。通過對(duì)同軸線測(cè)試系統(tǒng)的研究,證明了基于散射參數(shù)測(cè)量的同軸線測(cè)試法對(duì)于研究材料電磁特性的可行性。利用仿真反演的方法,以及與理論值的對(duì)比,我們得到了不同情況下介質(zhì)環(huán)的電磁參數(shù)的誤差,這為后期實(shí)測(cè)提供了誤差數(shù)據(jù)的參考。我們的研究表明,基于散射參數(shù)測(cè)量的參數(shù)提取方法,在測(cè)試人工電磁材料的屬性上,具有操作簡(jiǎn)單、容易實(shí)現(xiàn)的優(yōu)勢(shì),有著重要的實(shí)際應(yīng)用價(jià)值。隨著新型人工電磁材料器件發(fā)展的美好前景,定會(huì)在未來發(fā)揮越來越重要的作用。
[Abstract]:The new artificial electromagnetic material is a kind of artificial composite material, its electromagnetic property depends on the microstructure of the material and has nothing to do with its own constituent material. Coaxial line, as an important medium in electromagnetic wave transmission, is applied in many important fields. The parameter extraction method based on scattering parameter measurement is presented in this paper. The related research and analysis of an external cloak and coaxial testing system are carried out. The research background and development history of the new artificial electromagnetic material and the new artificial electromagnetic material device are introduced. And the characteristics and realization method of the new artificial electromagnetic material. The mechanism of realizing invisibility is explained. The knowledge and transmission characteristics of coaxial line are also described. The classical optical transformation theory is explained. An external cloak based on this theory is further studied. It is difficult to obtain the electromagnetic expression of the new artificial electromagnetic material by analytical method. We use the parameter extraction method based on scattering parameter measurement to analyze its correlation. The external cloak test circuit is improved by using vector network analyzer and emitter follower. And through the simulation software to carry on the research, compares the test and the simulation result, through to the coaxial line test system research. The feasibility of the coaxial line measurement method based on scattering parameter measurement for studying the electromagnetic properties of materials is proved. The method of simulation inversion is used and compared with the theoretical values. We get the error of electromagnetic parameters of dielectric ring under different conditions, which provides a reference for the later measurement. Our research shows that the parameter extraction method based on scattering parameter measurement. In testing the properties of artificial electromagnetic materials, it has the advantages of simple operation, easy to realize, and has important practical application value. With the development of new artificial electromagnetic materials devices, there is a bright future. Will certainly play an increasingly important role in the future.
