連續(xù)玻纖增強(qiáng)原位聚合尼龍6復(fù)合板材樹脂傳遞成型工藝及性能研究

【摘要】:連續(xù)纖維增強(qiáng)熱塑性樹脂復(fù)合材料(FRTPRC)由于輕質(zhì)、高強(qiáng)以及可回收再利用的特點(diǎn),受到廣泛的關(guān)注,其成型技術(shù)也不斷更新。采用熱塑性樹脂傳遞成型(T-TRM)工藝,制備了純尼龍6(APA6)板與連續(xù)玻纖增強(qiáng)尼龍6熱塑性復(fù)合板(GF/PA6)。通過研究和分析模具溫度、保溫時間等工藝參數(shù)對APA6板的轉(zhuǎn)化率、結(jié)晶度、黏均摩爾質(zhì)量的影響,并且研究了不同纖維含量對GF/PA6復(fù)合材料力學(xué)性能的影響,同時采用傅里葉紅外光譜測試與SEM電鏡分析了GF/PA6復(fù)合材料的斷裂形貌。結(jié)果表明,模具溫度為170℃、保溫時間為30 min時,尼龍6的結(jié)晶度和黏均摩爾質(zhì)量達(dá)到最好,纖維含量增加,GF/PA6板的彎曲、拉伸強(qiáng)度增加;微觀分析表明,玻纖與PA6樹脂基體有較好的結(jié)合性,結(jié)合機(jī)理為浸潤吸附原理。
[Abstract]:Continuous fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin composite (FRTPRC) has attracted wide attention due to its characteristics of light weight, high strength and recyclability. The molding technology is also continuously updated. The thermoplastic resin transfer molding (TTRM) process is adopted. The pure nylon 6 / APA6) board and the continuous glass fiber reinforced nylon 6 thermoplastic composite board were prepared. The die temperature was studied and analyzed. The effects of holding time on the conversion, crystallinity and average mole mass of APA6 were studied. The effects of different fiber content on the mechanical properties of GF/PA6 composites were also studied. At the same time, the fracture morphology of GF/PA6 composites was analyzed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and SEM electron microscope.
