【摘要】：利用高純度的鉛,采用鉛材箔絲化結(jié)合雙面聚氨酯涂層布表面包覆處理法制備一種基于鉛粒子的新型柔性屏蔽材料,通過對(duì)樣品理化性能的檢測(cè),證實(shí)該柔性屏蔽材料外包覆層具有良好的阻燃性能、耐老化性能,能夠滿足輻射屏蔽工程應(yīng)用要求,通過屏蔽性能檢測(cè)實(shí)驗(yàn)證實(shí)樣品核心屏蔽層在屏蔽相同劑量的射線情況下該樣品相比于傳統(tǒng)鉛板降低了屏蔽材料的重量,同時(shí)由于其柔性的特征能夠更加適應(yīng)核電現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的復(fù)雜屏蔽情況,具有良好的工程應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:A new flexible shielding material based on lead particles was prepared by the method of lead foil silking and double-sided polyurethane coated cloth surface coating. The physical and chemical properties of the samples were tested. It is proved that the outer coating of the flexible shielding material has good flame retardancy and aging resistance, and can meet the requirements of radiation shielding engineering application. It is proved that the core shielding layer of the sample decreases the weight of the shielding material compared with the traditional lead plate under the condition of shielding the same dose of radiation through the test of shielding performance. At the same time, because of its flexible features, it can adapt to the complex shielding situation of nuclear power field, so it has good engineering application value.
