碳纖維復(fù)合材料假腳沖擊后的疲勞試驗(yàn)

【摘要】:針對一種新型結(jié)構(gòu)的碳纖維復(fù)合材料假腳,開展了自由落體沖擊試驗(yàn)及沖擊后疲勞壽命試驗(yàn),分析了不同鋪層參數(shù)、不同沖擊能量等因素對其沖擊損傷及疲勞壽命的影響規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明,不同鋪層參數(shù)對碳纖維復(fù)合材料假腳U形結(jié)構(gòu)件的沖擊損傷具有顯著影響,且隨著0°鋪層含量的降低,試件的沖擊損傷面積增加,外觀損傷越來越嚴(yán)重;碳纖維復(fù)合材料結(jié)構(gòu)件的疲勞性能對沖擊能量比較敏感,隨著沖擊能量的增加,碳纖維結(jié)構(gòu)件的沖擊損傷面積明顯增大,其疲勞壽命逐漸降低。在沖擊能量從4J增加到10J的情況下,碳纖維復(fù)合材料假腳的疲勞壽命大幅度降低了66.8%;盡管隨著沖擊能量的增加,試件的疲勞壽命逐漸降低,但二者之間并不符合線性關(guān)系,即沖擊能量存在一門檻值,當(dāng)沖擊能量超過該門檻值后,其對碳纖維結(jié)構(gòu)件疲勞壽命的影響將減弱;僅當(dāng)碳纖維復(fù)合材料假腳的后龍骨厚度為2.7mm,且沖擊能量≤4J的情況下,其疲勞壽命才可較好地滿足相關(guān)安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的要求。
[Abstract]:For a new type of carbon fiber composite artificial foot, the free-fall impact test and post-impact fatigue life test were carried out, and the different layer parameters were analyzed. The effects of different impact energy on the impact damage and fatigue life of carbon fiber composite are studied. The results show that the impact damage of carbon fiber composite with U-shaped artificial foot is significantly affected by different layer parameters. With the decrease of 0 擄layer content, the impact damage area increases and the appearance damage becomes more and more serious. The fatigue properties of CFRP structures are sensitive to impact energy. With the increase of impact energy, the impact damage area of CFRP structures increases obviously. When the impact energy increased from 4 J to 10 J, the fatigue life of carbon fiber composite foot decreased by 66.8%. Although the fatigue life of the specimen decreases gradually with the increase of impact energy, the relationship between the two does not accord with the linear relationship, that is, there is a threshold value of impact energy, when the impact energy exceeds this threshold.
