【摘要】:為提高銅粉的抗氧化性能,以氧化鋅、磷酸、硝酸配制磷化液,通過單因素試驗(yàn)進(jìn)行銅粉磷化工藝優(yōu)選,采用掃描電鏡、X射線衍射儀、激光粒度儀及燒結(jié)試驗(yàn)等研究了磷化液成分、磷化時間、磷化溫度對所得磷化銅粉形貌、粒徑和抗氧化性能的影響。結(jié)果表明:銅粉磷化后在150℃時抗氧化性得到較大改善,在300~400℃之間的抗氧化能力明顯提高,但在400℃時,銅粉的抗氧化能力改善相對較小;磷化的最佳工藝為A磷化體系(8 g Zn O,14 m L HNO3,7 m L H3PO4,250 m L H2O)、磷化溫度65℃、磷化時間40 min;最佳條件下磷化,能夠獲得粒徑分布更均勻、分散性和抗氧化性更好的類球形銅粉。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the oxidation resistance of copper powder, zinc oxide, phosphoric acid and nitric acid were used to prepare phosphating solution. The composition of phosphating solution, phosphating time, phosphating temperature and morphology of phosphating copper powder were studied by laser particle size analyzer and sintering test. The results showed that the oxidation resistance of copper powder was improved after phosphating at 150 鈩,
