紫外光交聯(lián)無(wú)鹵阻燃聚烯材料及其性能研究

【摘要】:目前阻燃領(lǐng)域綠色環(huán)保的呼聲日益高漲,無(wú)鹵阻燃劑金屬氫氧化物,如氫氧化鎂(MH)受到了越來(lái)越多的重視。然而使用MH進(jìn)行無(wú)鹵阻燃聚烯烴材料時(shí)存在著阻燃效率低、填充量高等缺點(diǎn),嚴(yán)重影響了該阻燃劑的使用。本論文通過(guò)對(duì)無(wú)鹵阻燃聚烯烴材料進(jìn)行增效和紫外光交聯(lián)的方法來(lái)改善復(fù)合材料的力學(xué)、阻燃和熱性能。主要研究?jī)?nèi)容有:1.研究了氣相二氧化硅(SiO2)和甲基乙烯基硅橡膠(MVQ)分別與MH以及三聚氰胺聚磷酸鹽(MPP)在乙烯-醋酸乙酯共聚物(EVA)材料中的協(xié)同阻燃和力學(xué)增強(qiáng)作用。通過(guò)垂直燃燒(UL-94)、氧指數(shù)(LOI)等阻燃性能測(cè)試和力學(xué)性能測(cè)試數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)比發(fā)現(xiàn)適量的Si02更能夠起到阻燃協(xié)效和力學(xué)增強(qiáng)的作用。2.研究了三聚氰胺氰尿酸鹽(MCA)在EVA/MH復(fù)合材料體系中的協(xié)效阻燃作用。加入不同的相容劑的對(duì)EVA/MH/MCA復(fù)合材料性能進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,通過(guò)阻燃性能和力學(xué)性能測(cè)試表明,適量的馬來(lái)酸酐接枝乙烯-乙酸共聚物(EVA-MA)對(duì)復(fù)合材料的性能優(yōu)化最佳。3.研究了EVA/MH無(wú)鹵阻燃復(fù)合材料在光引發(fā)劑下的紫外光交聯(lián)及其相關(guān)性能。采用凝膠含量測(cè)定、熱延伸試驗(yàn)、UL-94垂直燃燒試驗(yàn)、極限氧指數(shù)(LOI)、掃描電鏡(SEM)、熱重分析、拉伸測(cè)試等表征了復(fù)合材料的交聯(lián)度、阻燃性能、熱性能和力學(xué)性能。凝膠含量和熱延伸測(cè)試結(jié)果證明紫外光可以對(duì)復(fù)合材料快速交聯(lián)。光照交聯(lián)后,材料的拉伸強(qiáng)度得到明顯提高,斷裂伸長(zhǎng)率略有下降。LOI、TGA、SEM測(cè)試表明光交聯(lián)的復(fù)合材料試樣比未交聯(lián)的試樣具有更好的阻燃性能和熱穩(wěn)定性。4.對(duì)乙烯辛稀共聚物POE/MH無(wú)鹵阻燃復(fù)合材料進(jìn)行了紫外光交聯(lián)研究。采用凝膠含量測(cè)定手段研究了POE/MH復(fù)合材料的光交聯(lián)反應(yīng)速率,優(yōu)化了光引發(fā)劑配方體系,并研究了紫外光交聯(lián)對(duì)POE/MH復(fù)合材料力學(xué)性能和熱老化性能的影響。
[Abstract]:At present, the field of flame retardant green environmental protection voice is growing, halogen-free flame retardant metal hydroxide. For example, magnesium hydroxide (MH) has attracted more and more attention. However, the use of MH in halogen-free flame retardant polyolefin materials has the disadvantages of low flame retardancy efficiency and high filling amount. The use of the flame retardant has been seriously affected. In this paper, the mechanical properties of the composites were improved by enhancing the properties of halogen-free flame retardant polyolefin materials and ultraviolet crosslinking. Flame retardancy and thermal properties. The main contents of this study are as follows: 1. Gas phase silica (SiO2) and methyl vinyl silicone rubber (MVQ), MH and melamine polyphosphate (MPP), respectively. Synergistic Flame retardancy and Mechanical reinforcement in Ethylene-Ethyl Acetate Copolymer EVA. by Vertical Combustion (UL-94). The comparison of flame retardancy test and mechanical property test data shows that proper amount of Si02 can play a synergistic role in flame retardancy and mechanical enhancement. 2. Melamine cyanuric acid salt (melamine cyanuric acid salt) was studied. The synergistic flame-retardant effect of MCA) in EVA/MH composites. The properties of EVA/MH/MCA composites were optimized by adding different compatibilizers. The flame retardancy and mechanical properties were tested. Proper amount of maleic anhydride grafted ethylene-acetic acid copolymer EVA-MA). The UV crosslinking of EVA/MH halogen-free flame retardant composites under photoinitiator and its related properties were studied. The gel content was used to determine the properties of the composites. Thermal extension test, UL-94 vertical combustion test, limiting oxygen index (Oi), scanning electron microscope (SEM), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) and tensile test (TGA) were used to characterize the crosslinking degree and flame retardancy of the composites. The results of thermal and mechanical properties, gel content and thermal extension test show that ultraviolet light can quickly crosslink the composite, and the tensile strength of the composite is obviously improved after light crosslinking. Elongation at break decreased slightly. SEM test showed that the photocrosslinked composite had better flame retardancy and thermal stability than the uncrosslinked composite. (4) the ethylene octyl copolymer POE/MH halogen-free flame retardant composite was crosslinked with ultraviolet light. The photocrosslinking reaction rate of POE/MH composites was studied by gel content measurement. The formulation of photoinitiator was optimized and the effects of UV crosslinking on mechanical properties and thermal aging properties of POE/MH composites were studied.
