硅酸鐵調(diào)濕材料的微觀結(jié)構(gòu)與吸放濕性能分析

【摘要】:以硅酸鈉和氯化鐵溶液為原料制備硅酸鐵調(diào)濕材料,采用FTIR、XRD、SEM、BET等技術(shù)對(duì)所制調(diào)濕材料進(jìn)行表征,并測(cè)定其吸放濕性能。結(jié)果表明,所制硅酸鐵調(diào)濕材料呈無(wú)定形結(jié)構(gòu),其比表面積和孔容較大、平均孔徑較小;硅酸鈉的模數(shù)影響調(diào)濕材料在低濕環(huán)境下的吸濕性能,由模數(shù)為1的硅酸鈉所制硅酸鐵調(diào)濕材料具有較好的自調(diào)濕性能;硅酸鐵調(diào)濕材料在20℃和相對(duì)濕度為84%的環(huán)境下吸濕容量高達(dá)120%,吸濕平衡時(shí)間約為240h;在相對(duì)濕度為84%下達(dá)到吸濕平衡的材料在相對(duì)濕度為32%的環(huán)境下放濕90h左右可達(dá)到放濕平衡,在50℃恒溫干燥放濕5h可實(shí)現(xiàn)完全放濕;所制硅酸鐵調(diào)濕材料具有吸濕量大和吸放濕速率快的特性,其性能明顯優(yōu)于硅膠和分子篩等傳統(tǒng)的調(diào)濕材料。
[Abstract]:Ferric silicate humidifying materials were prepared from sodium silicate and ferric chloride solution. The humidifying materials were characterized by FTIR XRDX SEMT-BET. The results show that the ferrosilicate humidifier is amorphous, its specific surface area and pore volume are larger, and the average pore size is smaller. The modulus of sodium silicate affects the hygroscopicity of humidifying materials in low humidity environment. The ferric silicate humidifier made from sodium silicate with modulus of 1 has good self-humidification performance. The moisture absorption capacity of ferric silicate humidifying material is up to 120 at 20 鈩,
