【摘要】:本文采用水熱合成法制備納米SAPO-34分子篩,并考查了晶化時(shí)間、陳化時(shí)間、水含量對(duì)納米SAPO-34分子篩合成的影響,進(jìn)一步采用XRD、SEM對(duì)合成的分子篩進(jìn)行表征。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,在一定范圍內(nèi),當(dāng)物料摩爾配比為1(Al2O3)∶2(P2O5)∶0.6(SiO2)∶4(TEAOH)∶107(H2O),室溫陳化72h,200℃晶化時(shí)間為24h時(shí),合成的納米SAPO-34分子篩相對(duì)結(jié)晶度較高,平均粒徑約為255nm。
[Abstract]:Nano-sized SAPO-34 molecular sieves were prepared by hydrothermal synthesis. The effects of crystallization time, aging time and water content on the synthesis of nano-sized SAPO-34 molecular sieves were investigated. XRD was further used. SEM was used to characterize the synthesized molecular sieve. When the molar ratio of Al _ 2O _ 3 to P _ 2O _ 5 is 1: 1, P _ 2O _ (5): 0.6 / Sio _ (2) O _ (2) O _ (2): 1 / 10 ~ (7) H _ 2O, aging at room temperature for 72 h.
