基于漸進(jìn)變分法的蛋盒型結(jié)構(gòu)等效剛度分析及優(yōu)化

【摘要】:對(duì)蛋盒型結(jié)構(gòu)的等效剛度特性進(jìn)行了分析并實(shí)現(xiàn)了蛋盒型結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì).首先以蛋盒型結(jié)構(gòu)的單胞為研究對(duì)象,基于漸進(jìn)變分法,得到了蛋盒型結(jié)構(gòu)等效剛度特性的數(shù)值計(jì)算方法.隨后用該方法計(jì)算蛋盒型結(jié)構(gòu)不同參數(shù)情況下的等效剛度特性,并以結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)為自變量,等效剛度特性為因變量進(jìn)行擬合.最后應(yīng)用擬合公式在限定泊松比或等效剛度的情況下,分別以最大化結(jié)構(gòu)的屈曲載荷和最大化單位質(zhì)量吸能能力的優(yōu)化為例,對(duì)蛋盒型結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)進(jìn)行了量綱為一的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì).計(jì)算結(jié)果表明:蛋盒型結(jié)構(gòu)拉伸剛度降低,彎曲剛度升高;蛋盒型結(jié)構(gòu)的剛度特性與結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)之間呈現(xiàn)非線性的特點(diǎn),結(jié)構(gòu)表現(xiàn)出負(fù)泊松比的特性;在給定優(yōu)化目標(biāo)和限定條件時(shí)應(yīng)用擬合公式可以快速實(shí)現(xiàn)蛋盒型結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)的主動(dòng)優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì).
[Abstract]:The equivalent stiffness characteristics of egg box structure are analyzed and the optimization design of egg box structure parameters is realized. Firstly, the unit cell of egg box structure is taken as the research object, and the incremental variation method is used. A numerical method for calculating the equivalent stiffness characteristics of egg box structure is obtained, and then the equivalent stiffness characteristics of egg box structure under different parameters are calculated, and the structural parameters are taken as independent variables. The equivalent stiffness characteristics are fitted as dependent variables. Finally, in the case of limiting Poisson's ratio or equivalent stiffness, the optimization of the maximum buckling load and the maximum energy absorption capacity per unit mass of the structure is taken as an example. The dimensionality optimization design of egg box structure parameters is carried out. The results show that the tensile stiffness of egg box structure decreases and the bending stiffness increases. The stiffness characteristics of egg box structure are nonlinear with the structural parameters, and the structure has the characteristic of negative Poisson's ratio. The active optimization design of egg box structure parameters can be realized quickly by applying the fitting formula when the optimization objective and the limited conditions are given.
