【摘要】:采用離子交換-還原法制備了氧化石墨烯(GO)摻雜鋅鋁類水滑石負(fù)載鈀金雙金屬納米顆粒的催化劑(Pd Au/Zn-Al LDHs/GO),通過XRD、TEM表征了催化劑的結(jié)構(gòu),以GO摻雜鋅鋁類水滑石為載體負(fù)載鈀金納米顆粒粒徑小(約2nm)且分散均勻。以苯甲醇空氣氧化形成苯甲醛的反應(yīng)為模型,評價催化劑的催化性能,探討了載體及鈀、金比例對催化反應(yīng)的影響。催化結(jié)果表明,氧化石墨烯摻雜的鋅鋁類水滑石是考察載體中最好的鈀、金催化劑的載體,隨著鈀金比的增加催化劑的催化活性先增加后降低,生成苯甲醛的選擇性下降,當(dāng)鈀金比例為1∶1時,催化劑(Pd1Au1/Zn-Al LDHs/GO)的綜合催化性能最好,催化活性隨反應(yīng)溫度的升高而升高,但選擇性隨溫度的升高而下降。在Pd1Au1/Zn-Al LDHs/GO催化下,80℃反應(yīng)8h后苯甲醇的轉(zhuǎn)化率可達(dá)96%,苯甲醛的選擇性為93%,催化劑循環(huán)使用4次后仍保持較好的催化性能。
[Abstract]:The catalyst PD Au/Zn-Al LDHs / GOG doped with zinc-aluminum hydrotalcite-supported palladium and gold bimetallic nanoparticles was prepared by ion exchange reduction method. The structure of the catalyst was characterized by XRD- TEM. The particle size of palladium and gold nanoparticles supported on go doped zinc-aluminum hydrotalcite was small (about 2 nm) and dispersed uniformly. The catalytic performance of the catalyst was evaluated by air oxidation of benzyl alcohol to benzaldehyde. The effect of the support and the ratio of palladium and gold on the catalytic reaction was discussed. The results showed that the Zn-Al hydrotalcite doped with graphene oxide was the best support for palladium and gold catalysts. With the increase of the ratio of palladium to gold, the catalytic activity of the catalyst first increased and then decreased, and the selectivity of benzaldehyde decreased, when the ratio of palladium and gold was 1: 1. The catalytic activity of Pd1Au1 / Zn-Al LDHs / GOG is the best, and the catalytic activity increases with the increase of reaction temperature. However, the selectivity decreased with the increase of temperature, and the conversion of benzyl alcohol reached 96% after 8 h reaction at 80 鈩,
