【摘要】：鋼-鈦復(fù)合板作為新型的復(fù)合材料,具有較為優(yōu)異的綜合性能,可滿(mǎn)足飛機(jī)蒙皮等構(gòu)件材料的要求。為解決目前金屬?gòu)?fù)合板的制備方法中出現(xiàn)的生產(chǎn)工序復(fù)雜、加工原料成本高、復(fù)合界面性能差等問(wèn)題,本文提出半固態(tài)鑄軋復(fù)合成形法。通過(guò)合理地控制復(fù)合工藝參數(shù),制備出界面性能較好的鋼-鈦復(fù)合板,主要研究?jī)?nèi)容及成果如下:1.在鈦合金半固態(tài)漿料的制備中,采用電磁攪拌裝置,成功制備了組織均勻的含3wt.%Ni的鈦合金漿料,得到了鈦合金半固態(tài)漿料的固相率與攪拌溫度的關(guān)系。2.采用有限元軟件ANSYS和DEFORM-3D對(duì)鋼-鈦半固態(tài)鑄軋復(fù)合過(guò)程進(jìn)行數(shù)值模擬研究:1)初步確定在所選復(fù)合工藝參數(shù)下,能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)鑄軋復(fù)合的順利進(jìn)行;2)預(yù)測(cè)半固態(tài)漿料凝固前沿的位置以及不同工藝參數(shù)下溫度場(chǎng)的變化趨勢(shì),為鋼-鈦半固態(tài)鑄軋復(fù)合試驗(yàn)的開(kāi)展提供借鑒。3.在鋼-鈦復(fù)合板半固態(tài)鑄軋復(fù)合試驗(yàn)中,成功制備出了界面結(jié)合性能良好的鋼-鈦復(fù)合板:1)開(kāi)展復(fù)合界面結(jié)合性能的研究。得到了鋼板的預(yù)熱溫度、半固態(tài)漿料固相率、鑄軋速度與界面剪切強(qiáng)度之間的關(guān)系。2)使用正交設(shè)計(jì)等方法進(jìn)行優(yōu)化分析,建立了復(fù)合參數(shù)與界面力學(xué)性能之間的擬合關(guān)系,得到了最佳復(fù)合工藝參數(shù)組合,實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)復(fù)合界面結(jié)合性能的預(yù)測(cè)。3)開(kāi)展復(fù)合界面組織性能的研究。分析三種不同的復(fù)合界面層結(jié)構(gòu),確定了復(fù)合界面層的成分構(gòu)成,提出了復(fù)合界面結(jié)合機(jī)理。
[Abstract]:Steel - titanium composite plate as a new type of composite material, it has perfect performance and can meet the needs of aircraft components such as material requirements. In order to solve the metal composite plate preparation method in the production process of complex processing, high cost of raw materials, the composite interface problems such as poor performance, in this paper the semi-solid casting and rolling composite forming method. Through reasonable control of composite parameters, prepared better interfacial properties of titanium composite steel plate, the main research contents and results are as follows: 1. in the titanium alloy and the preparation of semi-solid slurry, using electromagnetic stirring device, titanium alloy slurry containing 3wt.%Ni uniform microstructure was successfully prepared by the.2. solid titanium alloy semi solid slurry stirring rate and temperature by using the finite element software ANSYS and DEFORM-3D to simulate the steel and titanium composite semi-solid casting and rolling process: 1) initially identified in the selected compound. The parameters, to achieve the smooth casting compound; 2) trend prediction of temperature field in semi-solid slurry solidification position and different process parameters for steel, titanium semi-solid casting and rolling composite test to provide reference for.3. in steel - titanium composite board semi-solid casting and rolling composite test. Successfully prepared interface good performance of steel - titanium composite plate: 1) to carry out research on composite interfacial properties. The preheating temperature of steel plate, semi solid slurry casting rate,.2 relationship between the rolling speed and interfacial shear strength) using orthogonal design method to optimize the analysis, establish the fitting relationship between the composite parameters and interfacial properties of the composite, the optimal combination of process parameters, the prediction performance of.3 composite interface) to carry out research on Microstructure of composite interfacial properties. Analysis of three different composite interface layer The composition of the composite interface layer is determined, and the bonding mechanism of the composite interface is put forward.
