【摘要】:近年來,ZnO作為一種新型的波長較短的半導體激光材料被大眾人群所知曉,由于ZnO其自身所具有的十分優(yōu)良的電學性能以及光學性能,所以時下被廣泛應用于各類型的光學器件、壓電器件以及場發(fā)射器件。自此,ZnO系材料成為材料科學的研究焦點,同樣也是基礎科學和應用科學的重中之重。本文制備的Fe、Co摻雜ZnO納米材料是采用了改進的微乳液法制備的,并且對所制備材料的結(jié)構(gòu)和形貌分別使用X射線衍射(XRD)及掃描電子顯微鏡的(SEM)進行了表征。為了明確溫度對ZnO納米材料光學性質(zhì)的影響,使用自組裝溫控儀進行降溫操作,對所制備的ZnO及Fe、Co摻雜ZnO材料進行了光學性質(zhì)的對比研究,得到了在改變不同溫度的條件下樣品ZnO及分別用Fe、Co摻雜所得的樣品ZnO納米材料隨溫度的改變而發(fā)生一系列變化的對比發(fā)光光譜。并分析了Fe、Co摻雜導致ZnO缺陷能級的改變而使得ZnO發(fā)光光譜改變的諸多問題,進而分析了對ZnO納米材料發(fā)光特性的影響。
[Abstract]:In recent years, as a new type of semiconductor laser material with shorter wavelength, ZnO has been known to the public because of its excellent electrical and optical properties. Therefore, it has been widely used in various types of optical devices, piezoelectric devices and field emission devices. Since then, ZnO materials have become the focus of material science research. FeCo doped ZnO nanomaterials were prepared by improved microemulsion method. The structure and morphology of the prepared materials were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) respectively. In order to determine the effect of temperature on the optical properties of ZnO nanomaterials. The optical properties of ZnO and FeCo doped ZnO materials were studied by using a self-assembled temperature controller. The sample ZnO and Fe were obtained at different temperatures. A series of comparative luminescence spectra of Co doped ZnO nanomaterials changed with the change of temperature, and Fe was analyzed. The effect of Co doping on the luminescence properties of ZnO nanomaterials is analyzed. The change of ZnO defect energy level leads to the change of ZnO luminescence spectra.
