氯化鈰溶液噴霧焙燒制備納米氧化鈰實心粉體的研究

【摘要】:以氯化鈰溶液為原料,添加一定濃度的檸檬酸,在管式爐內通過噴霧焙燒的方法制備納米氧化鈰實心微粉,在制備研究過程中,采用差熱、XRD、SEM等手段對其反應過程、產物轉化率和氯根殘留的影響因素及實心粉體的制備條件進行實驗分析。結果表明,焙燒產物CeO_2的轉化率隨焙燒溫度的升高而升高,隨CeCl_3溶液濃度的升高而降低,在50 g/L濃度條件下,焙燒溫度達到800℃時,轉化率可達到97.4%;與CeO_2的轉化率相反,焙燒產物中Cl~-的殘留量隨焙燒溫度的升高而降低,隨CeCl_3溶液濃度的升高而升高,在50 g/L濃度條件下,焙燒溫度達到800℃時,焙燒產物中Cl~-的殘留量為0.47%;通過在氯化鈰溶液中加入不同濃度檸檬酸的的噴霧焙燒實驗表明,焙燒溫度600℃、氯化鈰溶液濃度100 g/L、檸檬酸濃度0.029 mol/L時,可以得到結晶度較高、球形度較好的CeO_2實心球粉末,且檸檬酸的加入對產物CeO_2的轉化率基本沒有影響。
[Abstract]:Nano-sized solid cerium oxide powder was prepared by spray roasting in tube furnace with cerium chloride solution as raw material and citric acid at a certain concentration. In the process of preparation, differential thermal analysis (DTA) XRD was used.
