【摘要】:羥基磷灰石(簡稱HAp)賦予磁、發(fā)光性能后,具有跟蹤標(biāo)記和靶向定位功能,在疾病的診斷與分析、靶向藥物載體以及細(xì)胞的分離和標(biāo)識等領(lǐng)域展現(xiàn)出廣闊的應(yīng)用前景。采用共沉淀法、陰離子交換法和沉淀包覆法合成了磁、發(fā)光HAp,通過X射線衍射儀、場發(fā)射掃描電鏡、透射電鏡、熒光分光光度計和振動樣品磁強(qiáng)計等測試手段表征了產(chǎn)物的相組成、顯微結(jié)構(gòu)、發(fā)光性能和磁性能,主要研究結(jié)果如下:以CaCl2和Na2HPO4為原料,CTAB為模板劑,在堿性條件下,采用共沉淀法,制備了分散性良好,粒徑為40~100 nm的球形稀土摻雜HAp。在一定摻量內(nèi),Gd3+對Tb3+有敏化作用,使Gd3+和Tb3+共摻雜HAp的發(fā)光強(qiáng)度增強(qiáng)。隨著Gd3+摻量的增加,Gd3+和Tb3+共摻雜HAp的磁化強(qiáng)度明顯增強(qiáng)。以碳化法合成的Gd3+和Tb3+共摻雜碳酸鈣為模板,在水浴環(huán)境中,采用陰離子交換法,獲得球形Gd3+和Tb3+共摻雜HAp納米顆粒。以直接沉淀法合成的粒徑為1 um的Gd3+和Eu3+共摻雜碳酸鈣為模板,在水熱環(huán)境中,采用陰離子交換法制備出Gd3+和Eu3+共摻雜HAp微球,粒徑為1~4 um。在波長為228 nm的光激發(fā)下,Gd3+和Tb3+共摻雜HAp在545 nm處具有較強(qiáng)的綠光發(fā)射。在波長為394 nm的光激發(fā)下,Gd3+和Eu3+共摻雜HAp的最強(qiáng)發(fā)射峰在592 nm處,屬于Eu3+的5D0→7F1磁偶極躍遷。以水熱法合成Fe3+和Co2+共摻雜HAp為磁性核,采用沉淀包覆法制備了具有核殼結(jié)構(gòu)磁、發(fā)光HAp納米顆粒,粒徑為10~60 nm。在波長為352、371和448nm的光激發(fā)下,在545 nm處呈現(xiàn)綠色熒光。隨著Tb3+摻量的增加,具有核殼結(jié)構(gòu)磁、發(fā)光HAp納米顆粒的發(fā)光強(qiáng)度增強(qiáng),當(dāng)Tb3+摻量為8 mol%時,達(dá)到最大值,繼續(xù)增加Tb3+摻量,由于發(fā)生濃度淬滅,發(fā)光強(qiáng)度降低。具有核殼結(jié)構(gòu)磁、發(fā)光HAp納米顆粒具有順磁性,隨著包覆次數(shù)的增加,產(chǎn)物的磁化強(qiáng)度降低。
[Abstract]:Hydroxyapatite (Hapatite) is endowed with magnetic and luminescent properties, with tracking and targeting functions in the diagnosis and analysis of diseases. Magnetic and luminescent HAps were synthesized by coprecipitation, anion exchange and precipitation coating methods, and HAps were synthesized by X-ray diffractometer. The phase composition, microstructure, luminescence and magnetic properties of the products were characterized by field emission scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, fluorescence spectrophotometer and vibrating sample magnetometer. The main results are as follows: using CaCl2 and Na2HPO4 as raw materials, CTAB was prepared by coprecipitation under alkaline conditions. The spherical rare earth doped HAps with a particle size of 40 ~ 100nm can sensitize Tb3 with a certain amount of Gd3. The luminescence intensity of HAp co-doped with Gd3 and Tb3 increased with the increase of Gd3 content. The magnetization of HAp co-doped with Gd3 and Tb3 was obviously enhanced. Using Gd3 and Tb3 co-doped calcium carbonate synthesized by carbonization as templates, anion exchange method was used in water bath. Spherical Gd3 and Tb3 co-doped HAp nanoparticles were obtained. Gd3 and Eu3 co-doped calcium carbonate with 1 um diameter synthesized by direct precipitation method were used as templates in hydrothermal environment. Gd3 and Eu3 co-doped HAp microspheres were prepared by anion exchange method. The particle size of HAp microspheres was 1 渭 m and the wavelength was 228nm. Gd3 and Tb3 co-doped HAp have strong green emission at 545nm, and the wavelength is 394nm. The strongest emission peak of HAp co-doped with Gd3 and Eu3 is at 592nm, which belongs to 5D0 of Eu3. 鈫,
