【摘要】:由于一些有機(jī)高聚物和含銅的化合物在磁學(xué)研究中都可以抽象成一維鉆石鏈模型,因此理論研究鉆石鏈模型的磁化特性對(duì)于這類結(jié)構(gòu)材料的實(shí)驗(yàn)及應(yīng)用具有一定的指導(dǎo)意義。本文利用相關(guān)有效場(chǎng)理論,在晶場(chǎng)和橫場(chǎng)共同作用的條件下,建立亞鐵磁/鐵磁混自旋Ising鉆石鏈模型,推導(dǎo)出系統(tǒng)的磁矩和磁化率等計(jì)算公式。通過matlab軟件編寫程序,利用數(shù)值計(jì)算研究各種參數(shù)如交換作用、橫場(chǎng)和晶場(chǎng)等對(duì)亞鐵磁/鐵磁混自旋Ising鉆石鏈的磁矩、磁化率、截止溫度、內(nèi)能、比熱和磁滯回線的影響。亞鐵磁混自旋Ising鉆石鏈的磁矩曲線出現(xiàn)階梯效應(yīng),階梯數(shù)隨著交換作用及磁晶各向異性值的增大而減少;系統(tǒng)總的平均磁矩隨溫度的增加而減小,在同一溫度下,隨著橫場(chǎng)的增大而減小,隨著交換作用和晶場(chǎng)值的增加而減小,隨著外磁場(chǎng)的增大而增大;磁化率隨溫度變化的曲線出現(xiàn)一個(gè)峰值,對(duì)應(yīng)的溫度叫做截止溫度,當(dāng)溫度高于截止溫度時(shí),系統(tǒng)由亞鐵磁性轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)槌槾判?系統(tǒng)內(nèi)能隨溫度的升高不斷增加,在截止溫度附近,內(nèi)能隨溫度變化的趨勢(shì)發(fā)生改變,內(nèi)能曲線的斜率達(dá)到最大值,超過該最大值,內(nèi)能隨溫度增加的趨勢(shì)變得緩慢;比熱曲線在一定參數(shù)范圍內(nèi)出現(xiàn)兩個(gè)峰值,這是由于交換作用和橫場(chǎng)較小或外磁場(chǎng)較大而引起的;系統(tǒng)矯頑力隨交換作用|1J|的增大而增大,隨A子格晶場(chǎng)|1D|、橫場(chǎng)2Ω和溫度TkB的增加而減小;磁滯回線隨著橫場(chǎng)1Ω、交換作用|1J|、C子格的晶場(chǎng)|2D|和溫度TkB的變化出現(xiàn)零到七個(gè)環(huán)之間的變化,環(huán)的面積也隨之發(fā)生改變。鐵磁系統(tǒng)的混自旋Ising鉆石鏈的磁矩曲線也會(huì)出現(xiàn)階梯效應(yīng),階梯數(shù)隨交換作用的增加而減少,隨晶場(chǎng)|1D|的增加先增多后減少,隨晶場(chǎng)|2D|的增加變化比較劇烈。系統(tǒng)總的平均磁矩隨溫度的增加而減小,在同一溫度下,隨著交換作用和外磁場(chǎng)的增大而增大,隨晶場(chǎng)值和橫場(chǎng)的增大而減小;磁化率隨溫度變化的曲線也出現(xiàn)一個(gè)峰值,對(duì)應(yīng)的溫度即截止溫度,當(dāng)溫度高于截止溫度時(shí),系統(tǒng)由鐵磁性轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)槌槾判?系統(tǒng)內(nèi)能和比熱隨溫度變化的規(guī)律與亞鐵磁系統(tǒng)相類似,與其不同的是當(dāng)外磁場(chǎng)較小時(shí),比熱曲線出現(xiàn)兩個(gè)峰值;磁滯回線最多出現(xiàn)三個(gè)環(huán),環(huán)數(shù)隨交換作用1J和晶場(chǎng)|2D|的增加先增多后減少,隨橫場(chǎng)1Ω和溫度TkB的增加而減少。研究結(jié)果表明,磁矩曲線會(huì)出現(xiàn)階梯效應(yīng)及多環(huán)的磁滯回線,這些特性在磁存儲(chǔ)材料中有著潛在的、巨大的應(yīng)用前景。
[Abstract]:Because of some organic polymer and copper containing compounds can be abstracted into a one-dimensional chain model in magnetism of diamond, so the magnetization characteristics of diamond chain theory research model has certain guiding significance for the experiment and application of this kind of structural material. By using effective field theory in the crystal field and transverse field interaction conditions establish, ferrimagnetic / ferromagnetic mixed spin Ising diamond chain model, derived the magnetic moment and the magnetic susceptibility formula. Through the MATLAB software program, various parameters are calculated by numerical studies such as exchange interaction, transverse field and crystal field of ferrimagnetic / ferromagnetic mixed spin Ising diamond chain magnetic moment, magnetic susceptibility stop temperature, internal energy, specific heat effect and hysteresis loop. The magnetic moment curve of ferrimagnetic mixed spin Ising diamond chain ladder effect, with the increase of the number of steps exchange effect and magnetic anisotropy value and To reduce the total system; the average magnetic moment decreases with the increase of temperature, at the same temperature, decreases with increasing transverse field, and decreases with the exchange and increase in value increases with the increase of the external magnetic field; magnetic susceptibility with temperature change curve appeared a peak corresponding to the temperature is called off the temperature, when the temperature is higher than the cut-off temperature, system transition from ferrimagnetic to superparamagnetic; system can increase with the increase of temperature, the cut-off temperature near the internal energy changes with the temperature change, the slope of the curve can reach the maximum value, exceeding the maximum value, can increase with the temperature trend becomes slow; specific heat curve showed two peaks in the range of parameters, this is due to the exchange interaction and the transverse field of magnetic field is smaller or larger; the system of coercive force increases with the exchange of |1J|, with the A sublattice Crystal field |1D|, transverse field and 2 temperature TkB decreases; the hysteresis loop with a transverse field of 1 ohm, |1J| exchange interaction, the crystal field |2D| and temperature change of TkB C sublattice is changed between zero to seven ring ring, the area was also changed. The ferromagnetic mixed spin system Ising diamond chain moment curve will also appear step effect, the number of steps decreases with the increasing of exchange interaction, with the increase of |1D| crystal field increased first and then decreased with the increase of |2D|, the crystal field changed dramatically. The average magnetic moment the total system decreases with the increase of temperature, at the same temperature, and increases with the increase of increase the exchange interaction and the external magnetic field, and the increase of transverse field decreases with crystal field; temperature dependent magnetic susceptibility curve also appeared a peak corresponding to the temperature cutoff temperature, when the temperature is higher than the cut-off temperature when the system changes from ferromagnetic to superparamagnetic; system of internal energy and specific heat With the temperature change rule and ferrimagnetic systems similar to, but it is different when the external magnetic field is small, the specific heat curve has two peaks; the hysteresis loop of a maximum of three ring ring, with the number of exchange increase the role of 1J and the crystal field of |2D| first increased and then decreased, and decreased with increasing transverse field and 1 temperature TkB the research results show that the magnetic hysteresis loop curve will show the step effect and polycyclic, these properties in magnetic storage materials have potential and great prospect.
