【摘要】:作為特種工程熱塑性塑料,聚醚醚酮具有優(yōu)異的綜合性能,如:高機械性能、耐磨性、耐疲勞性、耐藥性、耐熱性、耐輻照性、阻燃性、柔韌性和加工成型性等。碳纖維具有許多卓越的性能如:優(yōu)異的力學性能,高比模量和比強度、耐高溫、耐磨擦、耐腐蝕、抗疲勞、低密度、低熱膨脹系數(shù)、易紡織加工性、高電磁屏蔽性、高導熱和導電性等。因此,碳纖維被當作增強材料廣泛用于聚合物基復合材料。碳纖維增強聚醚醚酮復合材料進一步提高了聚醚醚酮的耐摩擦磨損性能、熱性能和機械性能。石墨烯被稱為目前為止世界上最薄、強度最大、導電性最好的材料,同時還具有超高導熱系數(shù)、潤滑性好、比表面積大、阻燃性好等優(yōu)點。為了更進一步擴大碳纖維增強聚醚醚酮復合材料在航空航天、電子電器、石油化工等領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用,本文在碳纖維增強聚醚醚酮復合材料中添加了不同含量的石墨烯,并研究了含量對復合材料形貌、熱導率、摩擦性能、相變溫度、熱穩(wěn)定性、機械性能的影響。本文首先采用化學氧化還原法成功制備了石墨烯,然后用球磨法和模壓成型法制備得到不同石墨烯含量的石墨烯/聚醚醚酮/碳纖維復合材料。掃描電鏡照片顯示,石墨烯均勻地分散在聚醚醚酮中。熱導率測試結(jié)果表明,當添加0.7 wt%的石墨烯時,復合材料的熱導率有了迅速的升高,比未添加石墨烯的復合材料的熱導率提高了35.5%。摩擦磨損試驗結(jié)果顯示,石墨烯填充對復合材料起到了很好的減摩耐磨作用。在本研究范圍內(nèi),添加0.7 wt%的石墨烯對復合材料的減摩耐磨起到了最好的效果,摩擦系數(shù)和磨損率分別為0.37和6.4×10-6 mm3/N m,耐磨損性能比未添加石墨烯的復合材料提高了70.9%。同時,石墨烯/聚醚醚酮/碳纖維復合材料還具備了優(yōu)異的熱性能和機械性能。因此,石墨烯填充后的復合材料比傳統(tǒng)的碳纖維增強聚醚醚酮復合材料體現(xiàn)出更好的綜合性能。
[Abstract]:As a special engineering thermoplastics, peek has excellent comprehensive properties, such as high mechanical properties, wear resistance, fatigue resistance, resistance, heat resistance, radiation resistance, flame retardancy, flexibility and processability. Carbon fiber has many excellent properties such as excellent mechanical properties, high modulus and specific strength, high temperature resistance, abrasion resistance, corrosion resistance, anti fatigue, low density, low thermal expansion coefficient, easy textile processing, high electromagnetic shielding property, high thermal and electrical conductivity. Therefore, carbon fiber as reinforced material widely used in polymer matrix composites. Carbon Fiber Reinforced PEEK composite material to further improve the friction and wear properties of PEEK, thermal and mechanical properties. Graphene is called by far the world's most thin, maximum strength, conductivity best, but also has high thermal conductivity, good lubricity, high specific surface area And good flame retardance. In order to further expand the Carbon Fiber Reinforced PEEK composite materials in aerospace, electronics, petrochemical and other fields of application, in this paper, Carbon Fiber Reinforced PEEK Composite added with different content of graphene, and study content on composite morphology, thermal conductivity, friction properties, phase transformation the temperature, thermal stability, mechanical properties. Chemical oxidation of graphene were successfully prepared by the first reduction, followed by ball milling and molding were prepared with different content of graphene graphene / PEEK / carbon fiber composite materials. The SEM micrographs showed that the graphene uniformly dispersed in peek. Thermal conductivity the rate of test results show that when the graphene containing 0.7 wt%, the thermal conductivity of the composite has been increasing rapidly, the thermal conductivity of composite material than without the addition of graphene's rate. High 35.5%. friction wear test results show that the graphene was filled to the antifriction effect on composite materials. Within the scope of this study, graphene added 0.7 wt% has the best effect on composite antifriction play, friction coefficient and wear rate were 0.37 and 6.4 * 10-6 mm3/N m, 70.9%. and improve the abrasion resistance than the composite without adding graphene, graphene / PEEK / carbon fiber composite material has excellent thermal and mechanical properties. Therefore, the composite material graphene after filling than traditional Carbon Fiber Reinforced PEEK composite shows better comprehensive performance.
