【摘要】：本項(xiàng)目采用化學(xué)蝕刻法制作副反射器柵面圖形替代原來(lái)的繃絲工藝;用高強(qiáng)度聚氨酯泡沫、J-164填充膠、低密度纖維粉等材料制作天線反射器法蘭和加強(qiáng)筋部分;采用一體化成型法蘭的方法既節(jié)約了兩套法蘭模具、縮短了天線制作周期,又減輕了天線的重量,采用合理的后處理工藝使天線反射器的型面精度達(dá)到圖紙要求。
[Abstract]:This project uses the chemical etching method of making secondary reflector reflector images instead of stretching the original process; filling glue, low density fiber powder material of flange and stiffener part of antenna reflector with high strength polyurethane foam, J-164; using the method of integrated molding flange not only saves two sets of flange mold and shorten the production cycle of antenna, but also reduce the weight of the antenna, using reasonable postprocessing technology to make the antenna reflector surface precision meet the drawing requirement.
