摘要：城市軌道交通建設(shè)工程是一項(xiàng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)高、投資多、周期長(zhǎng)、影響大的建設(shè)工程。隨著國(guó)內(nèi)城市軌道交通的發(fā)展，城市軌道交通工程建設(shè)施工技術(shù)、安全防護(hù)等方面雖然取得了顯著的進(jìn)步，但信息化管理水平仍停處于起步階段，各類信息系統(tǒng)多、功能單一、集成度低。因此，提高系統(tǒng)集成度，加強(qiáng)數(shù)據(jù)深層挖掘、利用與綜合性展示已成為了城市軌道交通建設(shè)安全管理信息系統(tǒng)研究的重點(diǎn)。本文提出了基于ＧＩＳ的城市軌道交通工程建設(shè)安全管理信息系統(tǒng)，對(duì)系統(tǒng)功能、架構(gòu)與業(yè)務(wù)實(shí)現(xiàn)流程、應(yīng)用情況等方面進(jìn)行了闡述。目前，該系統(tǒng)在廣州地鐵６號(hào)線、９號(hào)線、廣佛線建設(shè)中得到成功應(yīng)用。

Abstract: Urban rail transit construction project was a kind of work with high risk, more investment, longcycle, high-impact. With the development of Urban Transit, the construction project of Urban Transit projecthas made significant progress in construction technologies, security protection, etc. However, the level ofinformation management was still parked in its infancy with various Information Systems, single features, lowintegrated. Therefore, improving the degree of system integration, and strengthening the deep data and comprehensive displaying became the focus of research on Safety Management InformationSystem of Urban Transit construction. This paper presented a GIS-based Urban Transit Construction SafetyManagement Information System, described the system function, structure and business processes, theapplications and so on. Currently, the System has been successfully applied in the construction of GuangzhouMetro Line 6, Line 9, Guang-Fo Line.

我國(guó)正在逐步開展地鐵工程監(jiān)控量測(cè)和“信息化”施工的研究，監(jiān)測(cè)技術(shù)和方法還處于發(fā)展階段，但是隨著科技水平的發(fā)展和認(rèn)識(shí)的提高，必定會(huì)推動(dòng)我國(guó)地鐵施工監(jiān)測(cè)技術(shù)的不斷進(jìn)步。目前多數(shù)監(jiān)測(cè)單位重視儀器埋設(shè)、數(shù)據(jù)采集，輕視數(shù)據(jù)分析和反饋，不能對(duì)監(jiān)測(cè)成果結(jié)合施工、地質(zhì)情況進(jìn)行充分、深入的理論分析，僅僅是滿足于收集資料和提交各類監(jiān)測(cè)報(bào)告，導(dǎo)致監(jiān)測(cè)工作沒有真正

發(fā)揮優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)和及時(shí)反饋指導(dǎo)施工的作用。因此，如何分析所獲取的監(jiān)測(cè)信息，將信息快速反饋給地鐵工程的各參與方，利用所獲得的監(jiān)測(cè)信息進(jìn)行施工指導(dǎo)和輔助決策，是當(dāng)前地鐵施工監(jiān)測(cè)中急需解決的問題。

總體上講，施工監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)軟件目前在大壩、隧道、基坑工程中的運(yùn)用較多，，但在地鐵工程中的運(yùn)用正處于發(fā)展階段，在商業(yè)領(lǐng)域還沒有比較成熟的可以廣泛使用的施工監(jiān)測(cè)信息系統(tǒng)軟件。目前在地鐵工程中使用的施工監(jiān)測(cè)管理信息系統(tǒng)軟件
