    前言：培養(yǎng)適應(yīng)不同行業(yè)需求的安全工程專業(yè)人才具有重要意義。論述了建立安全工程專業(yè)多樣性人才培養(yǎng)模式的必要性,提出了安全工程專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)基本框架。在社會安全人才需求狀況調(diào)查、學生的個體需求調(diào)查和教學資源現(xiàn)狀分析的基礎(chǔ)上,介紹了華南理工大學安全工程專業(yè)多樣性人才培養(yǎng)的途徑。針對安全工程專業(yè)人才需求的特點,以主動適應(yīng)社會需求為目標,通過專業(yè)課程內(nèi)容調(diào)整、開放式辦學、教學資源開發(fā)和引導(dǎo)學生開展研究型學習等措施,可培養(yǎng)安全工程專業(yè)多樣性本科人才。
