摘要：

為安全生產(chǎn)領(lǐng)域培養(yǎng)一批具有工程實(shí)踐能力的高層次應(yīng)用型人才，是加強(qiáng)安全專業(yè)人才隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的迫切需要，對(duì)安全生產(chǎn)形勢(shì)2020年實(shí)現(xiàn)根本好轉(zhuǎn)意義重大。以實(shí)施服務(wù)國(guó)家特殊需求人才培養(yǎng)項(xiàng)目為契機(jī)，介紹了全日制專業(yè)學(xué)位碩士研究生培養(yǎng)模式現(xiàn)狀，，參照國(guó)際質(zhì)量管理培訓(xùn)指南構(gòu)建了全日制安全工程專業(yè)碩士研究生培養(yǎng)模式。

Abstract： 

Cultivating a batch of high level applicable talents with the ability of engineering practice for the field of safety produc- tion, is an urgent need to strengthen construction of safety specialty talent team, and is a signality to realize the good work safety situation fundamentally by 2020. As the opportunity of the implant of service project of special personnel training for China, cur- rent situation of the training mode of the full-time professional graduate student is introduced and the training mode of the full-time professional graduate student for the field of safety engineering is constructed, referring to the training guide to international quality management.
