救生艙水密及承壓性能數(shù)值模擬與試驗(yàn)研究
[Abstract]:Permeable accident is one of the common underground disasters. In order to meet the requirements of underground emergency risk aversion, the lifebuoy should not only have the ability to withstand high water pressure continuously, but also maintain good water tightness. In order to test the watertightness and bearing performance of the water rescue tank, the stress variation of the cabin is simulated by ANSYS simulation software, and the area where the stress value of the tank may be too large is determined, and then the strain monitoring point of the field test is selected. Through the field test of the water pressure test center, the detailed pressure boost scheme is worked out, and the test site and test strain data are observed and analyzed. The experimental results show that when the external water pressure reaches 3MPa, there is no leakage and obvious deformation of the cabin, and the watertight and pressure bearing performance of the lifecabin is good.
