突出危險型煤瓦斯等溫解吸試驗研究

【摘要】:為深入研究突出危險煤瓦斯解吸特征,以塊狀型煤為研究對象,開展瓦斯等溫吸附和解吸試驗,分析解吸試驗過程中最小平衡壓力對解吸過程吸附常數(shù)的影響,探討瓦斯吸附和解吸過程的可逆性、合理的解吸試驗壓力條件及其數(shù)據(jù)處理方法。結果表明:最小平衡壓力對解吸過程吸附常數(shù)擬合結果影響較大;突出危險型煤在實驗室條件下,等溫吸附/解吸瓦斯過程有典型的可逆性,解吸過程有滯后性;等溫解吸曲線仍服從Langmuir方程;為使解吸試驗結果可靠性更高,擬合中應考慮解吸完全時的狀態(tài),即解吸平衡壓力為0 MPa、殘余吸附量為0 m L/g時的數(shù)據(jù);解吸試驗過程中,最小平衡壓力不宜高于0.51 MPa。
[Abstract]:In order to deeply study the gas desorption characteristics of outburst dangerous coal, taking block briquette as the research object, the adsorption and desorption test of gas isotherm was carried out, the influence of minimum equilibrium pressure on the adsorption constant of desorption process was analyzed, the reversibility of gas adsorption and desorption process, the reasonable desorption test pressure condition and the data processing method were discussed. The results show that the minimum equilibrium pressure has a great influence on the fitting results of adsorption constant in desorption process, the isotherm adsorption / desorption process of outburst dangerous briquette has typical reversibility and lag in desorption process under laboratory conditions, and the isotherm desorption curve still obeys Langmuir equation. In order to make the desorption test results more reliable, the state of complete desorption should be considered in the fitting, that is, the data when the desorption equilibrium pressure is 0 MPa, and the residual adsorption capacity is 0 mL 鈮,
