【摘要】：基于2013~2014年我國發(fā)生的562起危險化學(xué)品運(yùn)輸事故,從危險化學(xué)品運(yùn)輸事故發(fā)生路段、危險化學(xué)品類別、事故致因因素、事故發(fā)生時間段等方面進(jìn)行了統(tǒng)計分析.結(jié)果表明:正常路段發(fā)生事故的比例最高,占總數(shù)的54%;易燃液體化學(xué)品種類運(yùn)輸過程危險性較大,容易導(dǎo)致事故;事故致因因素的統(tǒng)計顯示交通事故引發(fā)的危險化學(xué)品事故的比例高于非交通事故;每年3~8月是危險化學(xué)品運(yùn)輸事故的高發(fā)時期,每天早上8~9時是危險化學(xué)品運(yùn)輸事故的高發(fā)時間.最后,基于這些特點(diǎn)分析提出了減少我國危險化學(xué)品運(yùn)輸事故的相關(guān)對策建議.
[Abstract]:Based on 562 transportation accidents of dangerous chemicals in China from 2013 to 2014, the road sections, types of dangerous chemicals, causes of accidents and time periods of accidents were statistically analyzed. The results show that the proportion of accidents in normal road section is the highest, accounting for 54% of the total; the transport process of flammable liquid chemicals is dangerous and easy to lead to accidents; the statistics of accident-causing factors show that the proportion of dangerous chemical accidents caused by traffic accidents is higher than that of non-traffic accidents; March to August of each year is the high incidence period of dangerous chemical transport accidents, and 8 ~ 9 am every day is the high incidence time of dangerous chemical transport accidents. Finally, based on these characteristics, the relevant countermeasures and suggestions to reduce the transportation accidents of dangerous chemicals in China are put forward.
