鼓泡層內(nèi)氣態(tài)甲基碘的去除特性研究

【摘要】:以安全殼過(guò)濾排放系統(tǒng)對(duì)甲基碘的去除為背景,采用堿性硫代硫酸鈉溶液作為吸收工質(zhì),對(duì)甲基碘氣體的去除特性進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)研究。結(jié)果表明:溶液溫度、系統(tǒng)壓力、氣體流量以及液位是影響甲基碘去除效果的重要因素;溶液溫度對(duì)甲基碘氣體去除的影響表現(xiàn)出分區(qū)效應(yīng);在0~80℃范圍內(nèi),隨著溫度的增加去除效率變化明顯,化學(xué)反應(yīng)過(guò)程是限制該區(qū)域去除效率的主要因素;當(dāng)溫度高于80℃時(shí),去除效率對(duì)溫度的變化不再敏感,傳質(zhì)過(guò)程成為影響效率的主要因素;系統(tǒng)壓力和液位對(duì)去除效率的影響均表現(xiàn)為線性關(guān)系,壓力和液位的提高能夠顯著改善氣體吸收過(guò)程;相反,氣相容積流量的增加會(huì)導(dǎo)致甲基碘氣體吸收效率明顯降低。研究中還進(jìn)一步發(fā)現(xiàn),入口氣體濃度的變化對(duì)去除效率的影響很小。
[Abstract]:Based on the removal of methyl iodine by containment filtration and discharge system, the removal characteristics of methyl iodine gas were studied by using alkaline sodium thiosulfate solution as absorption working fluid.
